Great Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, track everything I need, and provides an experience that allows for prospecting to be controlled in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not much I'd say I dislike about Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows users to prospect and market toward potential clients. It also tracks the success and open-rates of the emails I send.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable system and intuitive design. The integration with Salesforce is good. Email sequencing is solid with lots of customizability. Every BDR team needs this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of quirks to manage when first setting up and getting started. Especially without anyone technical or a Salesforce admin / sales ops person. For a BDR player / coach, it's a lot to take on. Still tweaking the settings to make sure everything is running and syncing between Salesforce correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps my BDR team organize tasks and stay on top of all of their outreach. This helps us track messaging, ICPs, and A/B test across these metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft streamlines the prospecting process, enabling sales teams to quickly reach and engage with leads. Its easy-to-use interface allows even novice users to start seeing results within weeks of using the platform. In addition, SalesLoft provides invaluable data insights for marketing teams - helping them to refine the tone and content of their messaging more precisely than ever before, so that teams can spend less time on copywriting tasks and instead focus on closing deals. With its robust analytics capabilities, companies have greater control over tracking success rates throughout each sales cycle, resulting in maximum overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Salesloft quite frustrating at times, particularly when trying to work with multiple clients. The programme can be slow and make it difficult for me to get my work done quickly. In addition, call recordings cannot be analysed quickly because of the time it takes to enter them into the system correctly. This makes it difficult for me as a user and leaves me feeling very frustrated when this situation arises again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me to maximise the effectiveness of my outreach and increase time efficiency. Its cadence tool allows me to categorise contacts into specific audiences so that emails are personalised and tailored to each individual recipient.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which it integrates with Salesforce with a very simple setup. The options it gives you afterwards are very useful for automation and tracking of sales activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, nothing is missed, it's what you expect from a tool that complements your sales CRM. Nothing negative to highlight. Perhaps add a more advanced API regarding data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The measurement and tracking of all sales team activities. Meetings, calls, marketing campaigns. In addition to the bidirectional integration with Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how SalesLoft enables teams to streamline their sales process, allowing them to spend more time focusing on customers and relationships. The ability for marketing to control all brand related communications ensures that our team can maintain a consistent message across all channels without wasting valuable time on content design. On top of this convenience, I was really impressed with how quickly we were able to integrate Salesforce with our wider system during the onboarding process!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that SalesLoft does not recognise international area codes, which is an obvious limitation. In this case, when a UK mobile number is entered, it simply says 'no time zone'. I also feel that stronger analytics and performance tracking features could be implemented to get a better view of how individual emails are performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft's efforts to reduce the amount of manual work and increase our productivity. This frees up my time to focus on other tasks and gives me a sense of job satisfaction as I am able to achieve both my own goals and those set for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes building Cadences and Client Outreach easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a quicker integration (like ORUM), to help speed-dial potential clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an outreach list through a specified cadence makes keeping track of & following through w/ Clients a breeze. So easy to prospect and continue work without 1-off dials / e-mails.

What do you like best about the product?
Give me steps that need to be completed daily so I know exactly what i'm doing that day and not having to make it up on the fly and also that way I know I've completed what I wanted to.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the contacts are easily duplicated especially if you have them in there under the wrong email address of if they move companies instead of updated the existing person it seems to create a new one at the new company and then the old one just exists untouched forever
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving keeping organized in my day-to-day with prospect outreach. It's also nice cause I can save generic templates and then customize a few things when I want to send an email instead of typing hundreds of emails a day fully from scratch.

Maximizing results with Salesloft strategies

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the abundance of features and tools Salesloft provides. The ease with which it allows you to manage sales and marketing campaigns is unparalleled, as are its capabilities for automating bulk messaging using Cadences customized to individual prospects' needs. Another great feature I love about this program is the ability to integrate seamlessly into my web browser via a Chrome extension, allowing me quick access to saving emails and viewing available meeting times on an easily managed calendar system to connect conveniently with customers or leads. All these fantastic functions help create more productive outcomes within less time than manual efforts alone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't appreciate the lack of intuitive design in Salesloft. It wasn't easy to quickly move around from task to task when making and taking calls, as I frequently traveled between two ends of the display. Additionally, too much room was consumed by a large email section that wasn't optimally intertwined with other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge that Salesloft helps to solve is streamlining the success of our sales team and prospecting activities, simplifying the administration of sales presentations, providing helpful support when resuming physical activity and other activities, and enabling us to work faster through analytics.

Alternative to HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
We move to Salesloft after using HubSpot for our outbound prospecting and cold calling. As a tool, you can tell that Salesloft is much more geared towards teams trying to increase outbound activity as it makes dialling and running through tasks very seamless. There is a range of automation options that can be. setup to ensure leads are contacted quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems they are still transitioning from being a US-focused software to working with companies around the world. There are a few limitations when it comes to small things like date and time formats, and other US vs UK differences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has enabled us to increase our outbound activity as well as much deeper reporting tools for management. It also handles inbound enquires nicely for us.
