Salesloft makes it easier to be successful in my role as an SDR Lead.
What do you like best about the product?
The Live Feed - Read Receipts, Hot Leads, Events, etc...also the ease in creating cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to attach marketing and sales collateral in the emails without it showing as an attachment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights into receiving and opening emails sent to contacts and also the visibility of Hot Leads make it easier to prospect as a Sales Person.
Solid Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very easy to use, not much training needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft lacks some of the AI and shortcuts available with competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes it easy to keep records of calls and emails all in one place
Powerful tool with little complaints
What do you like best about the product?
All Sales tools are in 1 place. Make calls, emails, and tasks, and all synced with CRM. As well, can manage deals and recording convos and have it all live under the contact or opportunity object for easy reference. It makes managing pipeline much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI needs some upgrading. The colors/fonts and various elements feel a bit dated and aren't as modern and pleasant as some of their competitors. I'd like to see a full-site UI overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cadences, activity, data continuity, and opportunities. Before using Salesloft we had no Outbound process, and Salesloft has put the structure we need in place to be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to copy a team cadence and tweak it for my needs. See the activities of my contacts with all users at my company to know how hard they are being prospected to.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Not knowing who clicked on a link in my email when I link to Shufflr
2. The analytics are so hard to use - views and clicks are not aggregated for a cadence they are individual to an email and I get the same person duplicated in my cadence reports so their data is scattered
3. The reports use terms that I have no idea what their meaning is or why that data is important or how that data is calculated - for example, for a year I kept wondering why my personalization rate was so low because I thought using the person field meant I personalized it. Finally, on a webinar I was able to find out I actually had to change the text of the email.
4.I don't think the email and subject line grader tools consider the industry lingo for my vertical market

Automating my outreach to clients so I can set it up and let it rip. It makes me feel like I am getting twice the work done at he same time! Like double dipping with time!

Always winning with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesloft is the integration with Gmail. It saves me so much time developing time slots for client appointments and sending automated emails. Super helpful to see all that data flow in about how many emails I am sending and to which clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered anything I dislike about Salesloft. Super intuitive once you log-in and a very simple interface to help with efficiency and productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me plenty of time I would normally spend drafting emails and creating Google calendar invites. It makes me more efficient at my job and gives me time back in the day to better care for clients
Market leading tool for sales engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has many tools that a selling organization needs to effectively create, execute and track inbound and outbound sales messaging. Their bread & butter is the email cadence, but all the integrations with CRM, Prospecting Tools, Socials and softphone to call out of all in one screen. Integral for SDR and BDRs or any heavy outbound focused role. Very useful for creating inbound messaging customized to specific content or lead funnels. Great, from a management point of view, you can use native reporting or use Many CRM Via Reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit hard on older/slower computers. Once you start populating many contacts, you can notice the slowdown. It can bit a bit buggy when it comes to editing steps in a cadence and having those steps apply around scheduling/automation/multi-step features not so much the actual content being edited which has been bullet proof in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a high volume of sales or business development conversations. Also being able to track and test those conversations in one place.
Salesloft for Retail Tech Agency
What do you like best about the product?
The cadences make ABM outreach organized. The ability to customize and tweak the cadences to our needs is incredibly efficient and helpful. Linking Salesloft to our other software is also very helpful in getting the whole picture in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was incredibly difficult and time consuming to link Salesloft to salesforce and migrate that information. Once done it was very helpful and necessary, but the process was exhausting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing outreach sales cadences. Before we had endless google docs and sheets to organize our outreach and it was difficult to share that information with colleagues. Salesloft has been helpful in organizing and streamlining these tasks.
Super easy and absolute must for anyone in sales
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily see who is interacting with our prospecting emails is a game changer. Also, the cadence feature is super easy to use and is a massive time saver being able to automate emails and other reminder/tasks associated with prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love the software. No complaints and been using SalesLoft since 2017.

Helping me organize my email templates and then automating prospective with there cadence feature.
