Effortless dialing, great steps to cadences, brilliant Salesforce integration
What do you like best about the product?
The cadences are a great help. Not only do they help me keep track of my accounts, but they also furnish me with a workflow that is smooth and precise. Automated movement of the steps in cadence is what I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have loved the experience. The only downside is not being able to delete people as we used to a couple of months back. I suggest that there should be a timezone indicator on the contact while in salesforce. This way won't have to check the timezone by navigating away from the page and into salesloft again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dialing and sending emails are a few of my key performance indicators. Salesloft is helping me do my job in a manner that is less complicated and quicker. Different tags are also a big help if I need to come back to the same contact again and again.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can see who opened your Emails at what time plus the interface is quite user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such there is nothing that i dislike about it.

It has been great, I love the analytics and the ability to mass outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
I like its easy-to-use interface, powerful features, innovative layout, and automation rules. It's nice to be able to go back and listen to calls or share calls internally. The email cadences work well and are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software can be hard to use due to lagging and many technical issues. Sometimes it will un-sync itself from my email, run slow, not load, etc. Excellent other than that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the in-depth reporting; you can get very granular on our activities - from emails to calls. I am impressed that it records inbound calls, especially when you receive them from your cell phone. You are also able to text contacts which is pretty important to me. It also integrates with Salesforce.
Powerful sales tool in addition to your Salesforce.com
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other tools before, but Salesloft wins over all of them on flexibility in the setup of the cadences and the ability to change, add or modify steps once created. After spending a couple of hours, you're up & running, and your first cadences will generate responses. Initially, the tool was bought for sales/prospecting activities, for which it is great and precisely designed. But I have been able to use it equally as an account management tool to reach out to my clients regularly; adding a constant value to them is way more manageable now. The integration with Salesforce.com is smooth, you'll love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a dashboard freak, and more metrics is better, maybe I haven't gotten around the way to customize the dashboard, but as far as I can see there's some limitation there. That said, what the tool offers is quite impressive already.

Easiness of prospecting and automated account management through simple customization in candences

We were up and running on Salesloft within just a few weeks after signing the contract:
Salesloft implementers/customer success team was able to help us configure quickly including our SFDC custom fields & also prevent people from being added to Salesloft or sent emails based on our Do Not Call/Do Not Email fields
Salesloft customer success team was able to help us implement automation rules to remove people from Cadences when they are Disqualified & Recycled
Salesloft implementation team was able to quickly help us build Cadences for our customers, prospects, by persona & by language, with dynamic fields, & using Salesloft free tools
Salesloft implementation team came to our Sales Kickoff to train our BDRs in person
Salesloft was able to immediately provision numbers for our UK & Singapore users to use (we have had challenges with Twilio requirements in some Salesloft customer success team helped us to continuously improve based on reporting/effectiveness & our Cadence committee
Salesloft was able to quickly provision numbers for our BDRs in UK and Singapore (we have had some challenges with Twilio requirements for some countries as we do not have HQ worldwide, LOL)

What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft to Salesforce integration sometimes failed and we needed to re-sync the records. Salesloft to LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration sometimes failed and needed to be reconnected by users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft enables BDRs to be more effective with their time as it helps them organize their day and prioritize their tasks. Salesloft helps our BDR managers save time and effort as they create cadences and email templates for all BDR users to have a consistent message to customers and prospects. Salesloft allows BDRs and sales reps to organize and automate sending their emails. Salesloft really helps BDRs and sales reps to follow up quickly with people in cadences, especially the responders.
Awesome platform for connecting with leads and getting maximum response.
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics, Coaching and Pipeline, outbound calling. email tracking, sending emails, tracking emails, reaching out to prospects is very easy using SalesLoft and the coaching part is something I love the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love this software. it doesnt need any changes because i can see this software keeps adding important features promptly that are beneficial to the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me with time management, lead management, timely reminders and many more. I never felt this comfortable and confident dealing with my business before!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft plans my day for me. I always know what is coming up and what I need to do. Oh, and it's super easy to use.

I wish I could see upcoming tasks specifically instead of just the number of tasks.

The integrity of many systems into one and now the ability to also use Salesloft dialer instead of using different systems to be able to finish the work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to really think to find something I dislike.
Maybe it would be helpful to have a better overview of all companies I am working on right now with a visible list of attached people (I know there's something but have to search in cadences first).
And maybe to get notifications (and have an overview) of people whose cadence just ended.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with actually everything. I was used to work with 5 different systems but now I only need Salesloft and Salesforce to work on all my current processes.
Solid sales engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively simple to create new cadences and adjust emails used in multiple cadences simultaneously using templates. Multi-touch steps make combining initial research, personalization, and making notes/reminders for future Outreach simpler than other platforms (one of which may be named earlier in this sentence, if you look closely).
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be issues with importing new contacts into the platform, but that's an issue mostly related to the ZoomInfo SalesOS chrome extension API - less of a problem with Salesloft specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me keep track of who I'm reaching out to, how strong my personalization and other analytics/metrics are, and helping me automate outreach later on in my cadences to save time.
