Makes organizing sales teams easy
What do you like best about the product?
The mapping is pretty seamless into SFDC so it is pretty easy to set-up technically. We also appreciate the activity syncing over to SFDC so that we can track activities across the organization all in one place. Our BDRs use the product every day to help organize their outreach and the product can integrate easily with other major tech.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation rules are good - but not extraordinarily powerful. For basic needs, they can get the job done, but any elaborate programs are better handled in a CRM. There are certain basic features that should be available that aren't (making certain fields required for instance). They also need to expand to be able to action off of the campaign object in Salesforce. I tend to have a hard time working with their support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a sense of organization with our BDR team and keeping the message consistent. We can push out campaigns across multiple teams and get instant tracking on everything. It's also just really easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We had an issue that needed attending to and their support team was quick to provide us with the help needed to solve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That support doesn't have call-in number or a way to schedule time from within the product.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the information is in one location - ability to make multiple calls in quick succession with all the past information easily sortable
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call feature does not work and it requires refreshing the site multiple times

Working through customer cadences and completing tasks on time
It makes BDR's life easy and helps in reaching masses in few clicks

Cadence, which is easy to creat and Mass mailing
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesloft extension stops working, and I have to do it repeatedly. I cannot add another email id in "TO."

Reaching to mass efficiently. It is helping me to achieve my target

The Live Feed - Read Receipts, Hot Leads, Events, etc...also the ease in creating cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to attach marketing and sales collateral in the emails without it showing as an attachment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights into receiving and opening emails sent to contacts and also the visibility of Hot Leads make it easier to prospect as a Sales Person.
Solid Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very easy to use, not much training needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft lacks some of the AI and shortcuts available with competitors

Salesloft makes it easy to keep records of calls and emails all in one place
Powerful tool with little complaints
What do you like best about the product?
All Sales tools are in 1 place. Make calls, emails, and tasks, and all synced with CRM. As well, can manage deals and recording convos and have it all live under the contact or opportunity object for easy reference. It makes managing pipeline much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI needs some upgrading. The colors/fonts and various elements feel a bit dated and aren't as modern and pleasant as some of their competitors. I'd like to see a full-site UI overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cadences, activity, data continuity, and opportunities. Before using Salesloft we had no Outbound process, and Salesloft has put the structure we need in place to be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to copy a team cadence and tweak it for my needs. See the activities of my contacts with all users at my company to know how hard they are being prospected to.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Not knowing who clicked on a link in my email when I link to Shufflr
2. The analytics are so hard to use - views and clicks are not aggregated for a cadence they are individual to an email and I get the same person duplicated in my cadence reports so their data is scattered
3. The reports use terms that I have no idea what their meaning is or why that data is important or how that data is calculated - for example, for a year I kept wondering why my personalization rate was so low because I thought using the person field meant I personalized it. Finally, on a webinar I was able to find out I actually had to change the text of the email.
4.I don't think the email and subject line grader tools consider the industry lingo for my vertical market

Automating my outreach to clients so I can set it up and let it rip. It makes me feel like I am getting twice the work done at he same time! Like double dipping with time!
