Salesfost is easy to use and really good when it comes to maintaining a sales pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Setting the calendar date to maintain follow ups with your customers and also the ability to automate emails. Other than that, the ability to check insights on people who have seen your emails is a live tracking activity.aaaaaaa
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Salesloft does not respond when it comes to having a bad internet connection and also breaks the call, the software should adjust for people having a lower bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me call my customers on time and notifies me regarding which customers are picking up my calls or checking my emails which helps me plan my calling schedule effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly, helps manage workflows very well and keeps all of our org efficient - sharing within or across teams is seamless. Also love that Salesloft enables omni-channel sales outreach so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several glitches have been going on; for example, live website tracking doesn't work and instead tracks SDR website viewership at times. Sometimes leads will glitch through the system and assign to users that don't exist anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing of leads, email writing with snippets, making phone calls and linkedin messages quickly straight from the platform - it all leads to time saved and better campaigns!
An Incredible tool with only minor-occasional hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is easy to use. Intuitive in its connections with our CRM, and misses very little. Most issues are resolved quickly. Rarely has there been an issue that lasted longer than a couple hours, to 1-2 days at the peak.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is an issue with Salesloft - it makes you wish you had any other alternative. Sometimes the small hiccups can lead to bigger issues, though this is rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps to keep track of all of our communications with our customers. This is not only helpful but imperative to my work and that of my company. Truly we couldn't do without it.
Best Sales Software a Salesperson can use
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with SF are very good, the automation works fantastcally and the ease of use with cadences combined with our CRM makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cancelling and amending automated cadence sends could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes it easy to manage my outreach to leads and contacts and stay on top of my pipeline whilst easily tracking my weekly communications to new prospects and existing deals.
More positive than negative
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is easy to navigate and read. I also enjoy the email automation part and the redirect of calls to my mobile although this function doesn't seem working in my case. I also like the fact that the system recognises when someone is on holiday.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I reach the end of the cadence I would like to get presented with an option to move the leads to another cadence. It can be done manually by going inside the file and acting manually on each lead but It would be nice if you could get a sort of automation that gives you the option to move a lead somewhere else as soon as you are done.

Salesloft is helping me streamline my day-to-day work and help me save time with automation.
Made sales process very easy and with productive results
What do you like best about the product?
Overall salesloft is an amazing software, it is very easy to track and maintain the data. Helps me to manage complicated sales process of huge number of clients at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find any mistake while using this software, got no errors.

Salesloft helps to track all sales process and can easily identify all the problems. And maintaining no of client data can easily and increased productivity.
A quick and easy way to automate your emails
What do you like best about the product?
How I can not worry about the emails I`m sending and focus on other managerial tasks and my teams besides writing individual emails. i recommend Salesloft to anyone that needs time and doesnt know where to use it

If not all the fields are filled in the emails wont send and how its not very well executed with salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving the problem of physicially having to write individual emails to potential clients, instead automating as many steps as you want
Salesloft is game changer and a must have for prospecting and customer engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload .csv files into cadences and then send the emails and immediately understand customer engagement by viewing the views and clicks and accordingly call customers and engage them in a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can use snip but cannot copy more than two individuals in an email which is a downside. Sometime we need to email 3 to 4 members in an organization at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps upload more than one hundred contacts at once and saves time. Live feed immediately helps to understand customer engagement. Analytics shows the total number of clicks and opens in a campaign.
Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly. Not complicated at all like so many others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is addicting! You have to be careful not to loft too many people at once.

Salesloft allows me to stay in touch with prospects at the right times.
Easy to set up an outbound flow, as well as the dialer for making and logging calls
