I send emails to my clients almost daily through SalesLoft. I also keep a Note of my interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing immediately that a customer has opened an email, clicked on a URL, replied, etc. helps my business.
The results are then analyzed on a daily, weekly, etc. basis to help make improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know why it is due to customer's security settings, but sometimes SalesLoft does not show open even if the email has been opened.
No matter how the customer is set up, if everything is accurately reflected, it can be used as a better MA tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when to contact customers has made our operations more efficient. In addition, the tool allows us to keep a record of our communications with customers so that we can exchange information with other company members.

What do you like best about the product?
Click & view notification are most helpful via live feed. It's super.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add the "view in Salesloft" button on the Salesloft chrome extension. When I receive emails from prospects, there's no the button, so I have to search prospects on Salesloft by using copy and paste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I have more than 100 prospects, it is waste of time that I call every prospect from 1 to 100.
But thanks to live feeds(view and click notifications), it makes my job more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface, ability to automate manual tasks, and measuring and tracking results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about SalesLoft. One thing perhaps... The Analytics module is very powerful, but I miss the ability to filter Cadence reports on Tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It synchronises our data (contacts/emails/phone calls) with our CRM, and it is easy to create and share curated sales plays ('cadences') with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like these top 3 things in Salesloft in my day to day as a CSM.

Email and phone automation: SalesLoft automates the sending of emails and the dialling of phone numbers, allowing me to connect with our current customers in a shorter period.

Personalized messaging: SalesLoft has helped me create personalized messaging that can be tailored to the needs and interests of individual prospects and customers that I am trying to reach out to.

Real-time analytics: Real-time analytics and reporting that allows me to track the messaging performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to track the links that I share with customers.

Integration: sometimes, SalesLoft does not integrate seamlessly with other tools or systems that our CS team uses, which could be a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email and phone automation: SalesLoft automates the sending of emails and the us to connect with more prospects and customers quickly.

Personalized messaging: SalesLoft helps us create personalized messaging that can be tailored to the needs and interests of individual prospects and customers.

Collaboration: SalesLoft provides tools for collaboration, allowing us to share information and work together more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is my ability to take all my prospects and bucket them into different cadences so that I can have as many conversations as possible. What's even better is that it integrates with all the other apps that I already have and love.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small things that I dislike and one is that I can't find an exact match in terms of font size from writing emails in Salesloft versus writing emails in Gmail. (e.g., Salesloft has 8 pt, 9 pt, 10 pt, etc., versus Gmail's small, normal, large, and huge font.) Another small feature that I dislike is that I can't set 15, 30, 45, and 60-minute meeting links directly from the insert button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft organizes the way I outreach to prospects so that I'm sending the right messaging to the right prospects at the right time. Satisfying these three criteria allows me to cut through the noise and have more conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to put people in cadences. Easy to access information on Salesloft. I like how clean the interface is as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like is I can't move people out of cadences or skip a step unless I go to the "people" tab. I wish that was just a little bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to automate emails and easy to locate people in my cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
How straightforward it is to navigate around the whole software.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I make calls, I need to make a call, then skip the step. It rarely logs itself and takes me to the next step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't submitted any tickets yet but some of my co-workers have told me that the customer support team is fast to respond.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive platform with great resources to get you seeing value quickly.

Integrations with SF and LI SalesNav make this work seamless with our techstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very powerful and may not fit people or teams looking for a simple sales touch solution.

However, they do have sequence examples that are pretty good to use right out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing outreach to prospects. Without Salesloft, it would be near impossible to be professional and ensure you're touching the right prospects, at the right time, with the right messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build easy-to-manifest cadences, automate processes and have everything I need to do in front of me. Can't do my job without Salesloft

There are no reminders on tasks, and the interface could be a bit more upto date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows me to have hands-on on my tasks and keeps me connected with my prospects and clients. I don't need to keep track with my emails on Gmail
