Vital Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The various integrations and simplicity of the platform allow you to set up your day to maximise efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, not much to dislike. Home page could potentially display more data related fields related to email performance.

Scaling outreach efficiently & keeping track of an ever growing list of prospects - increasing productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The New Coaching feature provides a good quick analysis of how your BDRs are doing if they are up to date with their work and you weekly/monthly targets are visible and updated.
The cadence and automation rules do provide a key differentiator.

What do you dislike about the product?
THey could provide are more customizable rule engine when creating automation rules, right now is limited to the fields they suggest, but the more you allow users to do the more your users can obtain from the tool, and it could be a really big game changer have a wider set of fields to create automation rules with. But I do understand it can compromise how the tool works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Loft is allowing my team to automate their outreach activities have all the process scaled to a strategy that allows us to take care of all the Inbounds and also do many different approached toward OB.

What do you like best about the product?
The Cadences feature as I´m able to schedule the cadences depending on the time zone of my lead. Having the capability of importing my leads directly from my SalesaForce reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some leads don´t sync appropriately from the salesforce reports, and even if I a cadence has been sent, the information won´t disappear from the SalesForce report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have thousands of potential leads to reach out to and SalesLoft is the proper tool to send mass emails in an automated and organized manner. Also, putting my tasks together benefits how I organize my work.

Super easy to use, create cadences, lead notification, great and simple integration, adjustable layout. I would 100% recommend Salesloft and I"ve used these types of platforms for two decades. Super streamline! Great product

The text integration is not great. You can't create templates, or schedule texts out,

We love the fact that everything is under one roof, that we can create cadences, campaigns, see vital analytics quickly and in an easy to read and understand layout.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the variety of features that SalesLoft provides. The sales engagement tools are really helpful for streamlining my processes and improving my customer interactions. I also like that I can customize the platform to meet my specific needs and workflow. The integration with other tools is also really useful for me, as I use multiple technologies in my sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've heard that it can be expensive, so I'm glad my company has the budget. I also find that it may not integrate with some niche or specialized tools that I might want to use, but I hear that things may be changing. Additionally, at first, the platform felt complex and overwhelming, with so many features and options available, but eventually

As a sales professional, I often struggle with the time-consuming task of reaching out to a large number of potential customers. SalesLoft helps me solve this problem by providing tools for automating and personalizing outreach, as well as tracking communication and activity. Integrating with many other tools that I use, helps me save time and be more productive, allowing me to focus on what matters most - helping more people!

What do you like best about the product?
Fast email notification and its convenient tools, especially the recording and dialer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft latency when there is an update being done we experience the number of calls in real time is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our daily needs to make our outreach towards email and call faster and more convenient it is benefiting our sales group towards faster data analysis and an easier way to input data or gather leads.
SalesLoft is a very good facilitative tool for timely follow ups. Love the software !

I like that I am able to see how many people have opened and clicked on my emails
