Intuitive and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
My org swtiched from another outbound tool to SalesLoft specifically because of the client support. Our Account Manager has been great while facilitating trainings and outlining best practices. I love the cadance templates and the various prospecting tips that come with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some steps in my cadances that don't synch to SalesLoft or our HCM (LinkedIn responses for the most part). Other than that, I enjoy using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a robust outbound tool and need to drive our efforts to conversions. SalesLoft gives us everything we need to make this happen.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is fantastic for organizing all the different methods of outreach one needs to do. I enjoy the fact that I've got a dashboard letting me know who is in what step of a cadence, and who is lagging behind. The analytics side of things is also great, as it gives me the insight I need into my team to coach them on their outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the moment. The team is excellent to work with and highly supportive. I've enjoyed working with them so far, and I look forward to being a long-time client of theirs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is allowing us to create a systematic approach to our outbound efforts. We are benefitting by having an organized way to execute our outbound program across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes the business development and sales process more effective and efficient. It's a game-changer for a sales team! And, their team is extremely professional and did a great job of getting our small team up to speed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft has tons of capabilities. We can't say we "dislike" anything, yet to learn and use all of the capabilities will likely take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our sales development process and providing us an effective and efficient tool to properly prospect and engage with new clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Wish the dialer had a power/parallel function (maybe that's to come?)
- Open tracking can probably be skewed at times (this isn't just a Salesloft issue though)

Amazing software for tracking outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to do my outreach through a systematic methodology. View the hot leads, organize my tasks and be able to outreach as many people as possible without losing track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that I am not able to see my cadences on a dashboard of the dynamic tables to organize or make some adjustments. Some other features for example when marking Bad Number, it does not allow you to make calls anymore to the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the impossible human task of organizing automatically your outreach for when you have to do either email, cold calling, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp messages. It saves time for programming the task on any other software, you just have to follow the cadences that you programmed.
Amazing tool for fast growing sales team
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of building email cadence and executing the tasks is way faster than other tools I have used in a span of 5 years. Cadences are very easy to be made and tracked and SDR's can act on them without any delay reaping long-term benefits in their sales outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as such, But it lags a bit at times if opened in more than a couple of windoes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a track of your weekly, monthly, and quarterly outreach is much easier with SalesLoft. Besides that the reporting is very easy and interpretable in terms of no of calls made, no of emails sent, open rate click rate, etc
Solid features and good integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Natural and strong integrations with salesforce, specifically the integrations with the activity object makes for slick reporting

Can take a while to get the hang of cadence building, and be able to review cadence reports to optimize

What do you like best about the product?
easy to work out of action stage and transition to call to email and next person. Seamless

I did not see or have any down falls to salesloft and felt it was efficient.

Salesloft: A reliable and user-friendly solution
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is its ability to allow me to build cadences for my leads. Consolidating all of your leads into a single, straightforward location is fantastic. I am told when each stage of the procedure must be finished, and I begin working immediately. This platform has, in my opinion, significantly contributed to the success of my current company's sales by saving me a tremendous amount of time to have all data on prospective consumers readily accessible in one location and, in addition, enjoying the analytics function since it offers me a plethora of relevant data about my performance and allows me to pinpoint strengths and areas for progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I would like to change about Salesloft. Sometimes it creates duplicate data or fails to recognize a record when I try lofting from Gmail, which can be disruptive. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to clone templates to create your customized version so you wouldn't have to start from scratch every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have discovered the most effective email cadences and sending frequencies for prospecting emails. In addition, our prospecting and phone skills have vastly improved. On a scale of one to ten, I rate the current effectiveness of my Salesloft outreach cadence as an eight.
Salesloft is must-have in my daily routine.
What do you like best about the product?
The majority of Salesloft's features are excellent. The three columns are helpful to me, and I can scroll down one, so I can evaluate the other two. My favorite aspect is the cadence. It's easy to set up and maintain and helps me stay highly organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint is that once I complete a task, the contact disappears, and there is no way to retrieve it, unlike recent contacts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my favorite features is the ability to edit multiple contacts simultaneously, which saves me a lot of time and is a must-have in my daily routine. Tagging is also very useful to me and simple to implement. I pick and choose my tasks and keep track of all my outreach connections in one place to ensure that none of them is lost. Having these cadences to fall back on has dramatically improved my work and helped me stay on track.
