    Computer Software

Cuts my work in 1/2 or more

What do you like best about the product?
SF automates a lot of my work, is easy to use, and offers more than I know because I have not yet explored the full functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the activity bar I see someone checked my emails but it is actually just google image proxy. Not sure what that is but I wish I knew.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting the grainy part of my work and automating steps for me, I also like that it helps me organize my outreach and gives a guideline for general outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesloft is integrated with all of the applications I use on a day-to-day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Salesloft is often slow when exporting contacts to Salesforce. I also do not like that you cannot set a low touch cadence to send emails at a certain time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is solving my organizational skills. It keeps me on track and ensures I reach out to each prospect at an appropriate time. This is allowing me to have more conversations a day and uncovering more opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the biggest area. We also have Hubspot in our organization, and Salesloft adoption was 1000% quicker. I was using the cadence feature within 15 mins of getting my login. Hubspot took me days and still was not the way I wanted it. Well done SalesLoft
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Our mgmt did not turn on all the features such as Deals which would be very helpful for my analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outbound marketing to my vertical. Consolidated platform that documents all calls, emails and other outbound touchpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps a lot with the creation of cadences for merchants and watch the Sales recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets confusing to find the appropriate buttons.

Solves the problems of sending multiple emails at once.

Mobile app. Cant record calls out, cant text, and its cumbersome to navigate.

Powerful sales engagement tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love the usability, functionality and the cadence options. The trackings of prospecting are very helpful such as click open and reply rate. Unfortunately we use another tool for calling so call tracking is not possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd appreciate it if you can put Leads automatically into cadences as soon as they appear in our CRM (dynamics). At outreach it's possible. More integrations to Dynamics would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating prospecting and keeping Leads in a cadence and nurturing them. It's good to have a good overview over the leads and at which stadium they are and what are the next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are the most helpful thing about salesloft. Easy to create them, structure them and access them. Also, templates are really helpful

Reminders can be improved and should be optimized

It is solving the problem of creating an efficient list with all the information available in salesforce

A top player, great partner ecosystem, needs better reporting and admin workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has a great ecosystem of partners that allow sales ops to efficiently integrate complementary products (i.e. Vidyard, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai) into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is really lacking. I find it to be inflexible and difficult to pull out the information that allows me to take action. Once information is exposed, there is not a natural transition to taking action from the reporting. Also, some of the basis administrative tasks require multiple steps to take action. A great example of this is moving contacts to a new sequence from an existing one and then having to go back and remove from the old. The boxes get unchecked so if you moved 30 out of 100, good luck remembering those 30 again...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve for communication at scale. When used with best practices, it allows reps to engage with exponentially more contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it easy to keep track of my outbound prospecting activities, allowing me to move through all the tasks that Einstein stocked up quickly. The user interface is designed neat and organized, with helpful visuals and intuitive navigation, so I know what needs my attention – making Salesloft one of the best tools for sales reps like myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lack of customization and direct access to Scheduled Actions for individual contributors on Salesloft. Additionally, there needs to be more understanding of which tasks have been set up with future dates amongst those who do not have admin privileges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling SalesLoft Daily follow-ups are easy and convenient. It also ensures that all activities concerning an account are accurately tracked, providing a complete history of events for users' reference.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility of SalesLoft and how easy it is to create customized sequences for my outreach efforts. Quickly switching between emails, calls, tasks, and activities related to each account makes tracking progress more accessible than ever. Additionally, I have found their integrations with other CRMs, such as Salesforce, invaluable when trying to reach out promptly across multiple channels. All these features make it an ideal sales automation tool that has allowed me to streamline customer acquisition processes incredibly well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, the company has been seeing many issues arising with SalesLoft. Those who use Outlook instead of Gmail face complex integrations, which can lead to problems such as Outlook needing to schedule events or Conversations failing to record calls correctly. These integration issues are very concerning for our organization, and the lack thereof does not sit well with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The elimination of our conversation intelligence system, as well as the consolidation into one centralized location has hugely positively affected the efficiency of our sales team's operations. This is the first time all sales procedures can be administered from one central point.
