A Helpful experience
What do you like best about the product?
Being rather new to the desk based sales game, I have found ZoomInfo very helpful with locating prospects and giving me insights to my accounts. I am literally in ZI everyday, all day whether it be from my PC, tablet, or phone. I absolutely love the new AI integration and intent signals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. So much better than Navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI is great for helping me find buyer intent and appropriate contacts to reach out to. The intent signals ticker is extremely helpful.
Most accurate and complete info in one spot!
What do you like best about the product?
ease of tracking emails, calls in one spot. Can find employees that are not on linked in or any other google search

Occasionally, the information is inaccurate, or is for a spouse, or parent.

No longer have misdials

What do you like best about the product?
I get to exclude exported leads on Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo doesn't automatically exclude exported companies, I had to do this manually all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through SalesOS I am able to generate prospect leads for my sales team, leads that are likely to engage with us and which is in need of my company's service.

What do you like best about the product?
Updated information helps me target the right decision-makers. It is very easy to use, great filters, I use it very often to generate leads and get contact details. You can go live from day one very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is very important and this could be a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in getting the updated information of my prospects. Great filters in the tool make my job very easy while searching for the contact details of leads

My favorite is the extentension. It is so convenient!

I wish I could be logged into both extentension and webpage at the same time to go back and forth.

ZoomInfo is vital for success in sales
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very intuitive for the user and I find it to have (mostly) up-to-date information on the available contacts. Features such as Intent, WebSights, Lists, etc are vital in my day-to-day outreach and aid me in reaching my quota.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some accounts, there are many missing email addresses for contacts. I feel as though there should be some suggested auto-generated email address feature based upon the format of known email addresses in the account.

The problems ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving are:
- Identifying the accounts that are viewing our website which allows better targeting to warm leads
- The best titles to reach out to for maximum success potential
- Tracking leads' moves to new companies
- Saving searches for what I'm looking for repeatedly saves me time
- The ability to filter features when searching saves me a lot of time and effort

I like that I can generally find good contact info for a few individuals in a given companies department of interest for my sales use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times info will be incorrect, outdated, or not particularly useful on individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great resource for me that I use daily to research my potential clients, strategize on accounts and make more connections. ZoomInfo is a great tool for my role as an Account Manager who is responsible for prospecting. Client Service responded within 5 minutes when needed - I appreciated how quickly they got back to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information isn't 100% up to date. Close but I always need to double check with LinkedIn as sometimes contacts have moved onto other roles and/or companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being so easy to use, I can quickly search a prospect contact, gather contact details, research the organization and other related contacts within the organization. This information saves me time by getting to the right contacts, with accurate contact details and detailed info about the company that I need so I can be more strategic in my role.
