A Needed Tool we need like AI
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales gives me accurate, up-to-date contact information and I like how easy it is to build targeted prospect lists and quickly connect with decision-makers. The platform’s data quality and search filters make outreach more efficient and help me focus on the right opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
some data can be outdated or incomplete. Wish there was more news data on each companie

helps me quickly identify and connect with the right decision-makers by providing accurate contact data and company insights. It reduces the time I spend researching prospects, improves targeting for outreach, and increases the quality of conversations. This means I can focus more on building relationships and closing deals instead of tracking down information

What do you like best about the product?
What I value most is how easy it is for me to identify and connect with quality potential clients. The platform saves me a lot of time in prospecting and gives me precise information that used to take me days to obtain. I love being able to filter by industry, location, and position, because it allows me to reach exactly the people I need to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like the contact information to be updated faster, as in some cases the data may not be up to date. I also think the interface could be a bit more intuitive for new users, although once you get used to it, it is very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, some contacts may have outdated or incomplete information, and the interface takes a bit of time to master completely. These small challenges have helped me refine my searches and supplement the information with my own resources, which ultimately gives me a more refined and focused database. Additionally, by learning to navigate the platform more efficiently, I can now make the most of it and detect opportunities that previously eluded me.
                        
                            Know who to call, and when to call them
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, I find ZoomInfo invaluable because of the depth of information they provide on the companies I am researching. They have contacts for every company and in most cases, a direct email, phone number and/or cell phone number. Additionally, you can see who is likely to respond which helps in guiding my multi-threading efforts. Finally, they have "scoops" which gives signals on the companies activities and when they may be seeking out solutions that I offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has not elected to use the integration feature to connect to our CRM so I still need to re-enter information I have found in ZoomInfo directly in our CRM even though the feature exists. That would make use of ZoomInfo much quicker and leave me more time  to engage with the prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Lack of information - ZoomInfo fills in the blanks of my current data
2. Efficiency in Prospecting - The intelligence I receive from ZoomInfo allows me to spend my time and efforts on companies and contacts that will be the most fruitful

                            Powerful Tool for Targeted Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides accurate account data and insights that help us quickly find and connect with the target accounts and contacts. Its filters and intent data improve our outreach efficiency, and it integrates smoothly with our CRM. Customer support team is awesome, they helped us enrich a contact list super quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact data I use daily isn’t updated as often as we expected, so we still rely on other tools to fill in the gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

                            Great features and integral part of daily workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the target account updates features. which automatically tracks relevant signals from your targeted accounts and even recommends plays for you to make based on that data. The user interface is pretty easy to navigate and I especially love the integration of the Chrome extension as I browse LinkedIn. Converting contacts from LinkedIn to Bullhorn (CRM) has never been easier. I use ZoomInfo every day in my role as business development manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can be pretty outdated or completely lacking - such as company direct lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one solve ZoomInfo provides would be granting me access to contact information for my targeted accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a given in sales that you want to deal with people who are already looking to solve their own problems. ZI gives you the inside scoop on what people want so your pitch lands with an audience already open to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing lacking is user-specific info. If someone is searching for the service you provide, you won't know exactly who's doing the searching. Besides that, though, it's incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to target the prospects who are already demonstrating an openness to my value proposition. They might not be looking at my service in particular, but I know ahead of time that they're definitely open to my pitch, since they're already looking.
                        
                            Zoom Info is fabulous and I use it very often!

It is so much easier to find a contact based on roles in a company, than cold calling a company to determine who you need to speak to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change, is it to be updated more frequently. Some companies have a higher turn around rate and I might see contacts from a couple years prior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the appropriate person to talk to at a company for transportation is a lot easier using Zoom, over cold calling and going into it with zero contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo daily. The simplicity of getting contact information from LinkedIn or webpage keeps my days moving. Bring able to export the information directly to my CRM (HubSpot) means I am not wasting time entering data when I could be making calls and sending emails!

What do you dislike about the product?
It is an expensive tool, and sometimes the information is incorrect. Many times there isn't info on smaller companies or the info is dated. We support a lot of smaller businesses, so sometimes it isn't as helpful as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
#1 is contact info - everything else is just icing!
                        
                            More effective campaigns: A real time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
A great campaign always starts with an audience. I love how ZoomInfo Sales makes finding my target audience easy and suggests the best way to reach them. In some cases, the data needs to be updated, so I always check accuracy before sending any type of marketing out. By using Advanced Search to target a specific geography, industry, or company size, I can quickly pull contacts of our best target (based on our personas). Don't spend more time creating your cold outreach list than your content. By using ZoomInfo, we can focus on the message because we know we are reaching the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to any tool like ZoomInfo is that it can't be 100% accurate, 100% of the time. However, I do like that if I discover incorrect or outdated data, I can submit the updates and receive confirmation that ZoomInfo has made the change on the person or organization's profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
