The best tool for getting customer details
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helps our team get valuable customer information. This makes it easy for our team to get customer's contact details and connect with them. This has increased our team's conversation rates.
Due to the simplicity of the platform, our team adopted it quickly and they love it.
As our team uses the platform on a daily basis, sometimes when there is an issue with the platform, there is a need to get it fixed as soon as possible and the customer support team is available to help us in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing bad about ZoomInfo although the LinkedIn Integration could have been better. The ZoomInfo team can also work on the load time of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ZoomInfo, our team had a hard time finding customer contact details. It was difficult to contact customers without their phone number.
With ZoomInfo, our team can get any customer details easily and contact them.
ZoomInfo also helps our team with identifying customer intents. This also comes in handy at times.

What do you like best about the product?
the buyer intent data of zoominfo sales os is accurate and provides real time update on the market and buyer, you can tweek the existing opportunity by looking at the intelligence data

they have come up with chorus, which is replacing our gong tool

Benefiting us in acquiring the new database everytime we need a new sales.

Data Information: I am SMB segment sales team and Zoom info furnish has extensive contact & account information for any specific industry I look for the purpose of prospecting.
Knowledge & update: In addition to it the zoom info platform helps in letting us the buyer inclination for the purchase also any recent updates/ news about the company that allows me to pop up the relevant sales talk with the respective contacts
Hassle free operation : unlike other platform, Zoominfo is easy to use that is built in a way where any level of users can easily play around the tool and meet their requirement without any trainings
Customer support: When ever required it help us with definitive suppot
Info stocking: It supports me with getting the contact & specific industry accounts details to export as excel file which I use it for tailor made approach & manual follow ups during my prospecting,
Extension saver: Zoominfo outreach extension appers in the chrome easily extract & provides all the required inputs about the company whenever i visit to any specific propspect/ customer website and not necessary to login on zoominfo website everytime and search for specific account manually everytime.
Frequency of use: being from SMB segement i use the almost 2 days a week to prepare for my weekly prospecting plan & search of account details
Integration: It helps me as it has easy integration since it has other required platforms in Marketplace for sales effecitiently

It shows me the top executive involved in the company where by i take up the POC details for reaching out as per my company prodcut list
It has company growth rate & funding details too, which will let me focus more where the lead has more potenatial for growth & buy my product if funded

it is widely used by sales associate in discovering the customer profile, their details, interest area and what services they can buy, we also use to build the use case, do the account management as advised by zoominfo intellegence tool

they have so many features and it got me confused sometimes.

Zoominfo SalesOS has been doing wonders for me, their Chorus which is intelligent to capture the lead and the account intelligence, the chrome extension provides with the linkedin profile and other details
