Most help tool for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the best tool for finding details about accounts. The prospects insights are very accurately and well delivered. It is easy to use and implement. It can be integrated with most tools. The customer service is very helpful. I would recommend it to be used everyday. All of features like real time insights, org charts, and competitor information is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive and doesn't have alot of information on Asia region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps in getting well defined details about prospect, thier role, org structures and competition. This help in better account management and under customer.

basic problem of not able to get the person's email address and cell numbers is the common challenge solved by Zoominfo

in my role as a BDM, my primarily objective is revenue generation. To achieve this, I need information to find the people I want to sell to, Zoominfo helps me to do that.

The ZoomInfo Copilot is an incredibly valuable tool for meeting preparation. It quickly delivers essential company information, including recent growth, funding details, and their potential need for the SaaS we offer. It's truly helpful and a major time-saver, ensuring I'm always well-prepared for calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Precision of Contact Data: While generally helpful, the accuracy and completeness of primary phone numbers and email addresses could be further improved. More precise data would reduce bounce rates and increase direct connection success.
Consistency of Feature Availability: The occasional instances where ZoomInfo Copilot is disabled for specific companies hinder its utility. Ensuring consistent functionality across all company profiles would provide a more reliable and seamless experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful to drive the ABM campaign, in terms of providing intent signals for the named accounts. Also it make the life easy when i want to extract contact information. The google plugin is well embedded in the linkedin Page and across any website.

Zoominfo Sales OS is accurate and it has alot of database, the new version is better because now you just type and select the criteria for picking the contats

What do you like best about the product?
It is most helpful in acquiring leads' company information like their direct number, mobile number, email, revenue, HQ number, and even their technology insights. The scoop functions are also helpful in finding the current important news in the company which helps bring prospects on board with that information. The advanced filter option in Zoominfo helps find companies and leads more easily with good precision.
What do you dislike about the product?
The leads data in Zoominfo is not reliable sometimes like the numbers and emails being wrong. If the lead has left the organization or others it's taking longer to update when compared to other sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Navigator. When inactive companies show up in Zoominfo, there is no other information about the company like a different company acquisition, closure, or other issues. The technology insights available for the middle companies are very few and not available for many companies. There is no option to find out the ZoomInfo day-to-day count for individual log-ins to avoid the credit count from running out.

Zoominfo has played a huge role in my daily sales cycle and lets me get information about any organization and connect me to the right person in the company. This has eased my sales cycle and has helped me reach my commitment by using this on a daily basis. The customer support is fantastic and they get back to me with a resolution asap.

A little pricy as compare to other tools out in the market but it's worth it!

As mentioned it has reduced my sales cycle and helped me reach my commitment. Zoominfo has helped me reach the right point of contact in the company and provided me the information of the company CEO, CFO & CTO. Absolutely happy with the tool!
