Best tool for sales and demand generation

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use, it helps in identifying right personas and additional insights on current accounts.
It is easily implemented doesn't require lot of technical know how, the customer service is prompt and helpful. I would recommend to use it everyday for hunting and demand generation role. It is also easy to integrate with other tools within an Organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is expensive and doesn't have a lot of data for APAC segment or Asia pacific region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me in identifying buyer personas, real time insights, profiling the customer which helps in hyper personalisation of outreach.

Best tool for insights and lead generation for prospective customers

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfor SalesOS helps us identify prospective target customers for our Salesforce team, helping us in the targeting process in the pharma domain. It also helps us create our customer universe and provides features like interaction intelligence that help analyze interaction data from our CRM tool. It can easily be integrated into our native email tool which is very handy and easy to use for our sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
More availability of Pharma data for US and Ex-US markets, which could help us build an even more extensive customer universe of doctors and hospitals which can help us for Pharma domain processes like Sales Force call planning, Targeting, customer segmentation, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales OS solves my biggest problem by providing interaction monitoring and interaction intelligence which helps me identify my prospective customers, especially the key contacts and the bottom line. The easy CRM integration also comes in very handy.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about zoominfo is the enriched information, I don't know how they get this information but it is helping us to find the right party contact, talk to decision makers and do our job easily
What do you dislike about the product?
super happy with them, have no complaints because they keep updating their platform

Benefit:
1) rich database
2) buyer intent data
3) verified email ids

What do you like best about the product?
The data quality has been pretty accurate and helps me reach the right people faster. I’ve also noticed how useful it is for sales and marketing outreach, it really cuts down research time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, I come across outdated or duplicate contact data. Improving the freshness and uniqueness of leads would make a big difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is a boon to gain market intelligence and sales intelligence data. It is that one platform which solves problems related to sales and business development. It's pretty simple to optimize lead generation with their OS. The intelligence and prospecting tools are very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS offers a ton of information and is extremely helpful for conducting market research. It's a great way to find companies and contacts in a specific market or industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the contact information isn't always accurate. The rating scale of B, A, A+ helps for filtering through that, though sometimes I wish they were all accurate!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo speeds up the time I would spend searching for contacts and companies, and it streamlines the overall process. I can have hundreds of thousands of contacts at my fingertips in seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool with customizable lead filters that reduce time spent on mundane tasks. Their customer support assisted with the onboarding over a quick call. I use it on a daily basis to call, connect and verify leads. It integrates with most of the CRM tools and very intuitive to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing needs to be more flexible depending on the business use case. Would love more reporting and export options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track leads quickly and tailor my approach to engage with them. Highly efficient software that is powerful and analytics-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
Plethora of features. One stop shop sort of solution. Enterprise grade.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less known in market. Might require good effort in training for people to embrace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales is a big area. And it's affiliated org wide processes are also significant and diverse. ZoomInfo does attempt to provide one stop solve for all.

Integrating Zoominfo with Jira and using it more efficiently is best part of it.

Notification doesnot work properly as sometimes i missed important info.

It also helps with solving lead generation problems and is better equipped and enhances the process. ICP feature helps in targetting the right leads.The b2b contact base also makes it easier to generate leads.
