What do you like best about the product?
The streamlining of the addon on Google allows me to be able to find contact information quickly and efficiently. I use it every day to help get more successful call connects. It is also very easy to use compared to other providers I tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I noticed with ZoomInfo is the feature that allows you to search by location doesn't always work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct dials for hiring managers allowing me to get more call connects and have a higher success rate per call.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting contact information immediately that integrates directly into our CRM. If I am on a webpage or LinkedIn I can use the ZoomInfo icon to get the information while I am on the page. WebSights has also been fun to use. We can see which companies have been on our website. We have actually converted several visitors to customers. Creating lists has been a game changer as well. Each week I receive an email with companies that are reseraching what our company provides. Really has been a wonderful tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I can think is that we don't get the contact or company information 100% of time....may be more around 80-85% - still really good though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact information for prospective clients

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is the best place to go to find detailed company and client information. It's easy to use, clear, consice information that you cannot find elsewhere. The integration tools also save time and money.

I haven't found anything I dislike about ZoomInfo SalesOS.

What do you like best about the product?
Being rather new to the desk based sales game, I have found ZoomInfo very helpful with locating prospects and giving me insights to my accounts. I am literally in ZI everyday, all day whether it be from my PC, tablet, or phone. I absolutely love the new AI integration and intent signals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. So much better than Navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI is great for helping me find buyer intent and appropriate contacts to reach out to. The intent signals ticker is extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of tracking emails, calls in one spot. Can find employees that are not on linked in or any other google search
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the information is inaccurate, or is for a spouse, or parent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer have misdials
easier to track how long a call lasts
no need to use a third party to find a phone number
