What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great for lead enrichment and finding the right contact details. It is great for its intent feature as well and the features it offers in the advanced search to find the right contacts and companies. The UI is easy and integrates with our CRM which helps in mass uploads. I use this tool everyday and have not faced any problem with support so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact data especially phone numbers can be hard to find, specifically in APAC region for SMB companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in finding the right contact details for my reach outs as well as finding the companies who are showing increasing interest in our category.
Wonderful Tool for the Growing Salesperson
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been a great tool to use while I expand my territory. Being able to track oppourtunities and leads has been really helpful to cut down on time spent scoping the landscape. One of my favorite features so far has been being able to search for people and get contact lists. There have been many times that I have not been able to get in touch with a prospect until I looked them up on ZoomInfo and found a different contact method.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I have, which cannot be helped, is that sometimes the information is not accurate. This happens when people move jobs, locations, or change numbers or email formats. This does not happen very often, and they cannot update this information at the exact moment it happens, so I would consider it a minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me stay in front of prospects. They are also helping me get correct contact info.

Visibility, and multiple touches are revealed.

Non updated information. I think there is an opportunity to follow LinkedIn updates a bit closer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives multiple views to each contact - the only downside is have to validate info to a program like LinkedIn to ensure the data is correct.

What do you like best about the product?
It's having the smoothest interface and CRM Integration with AI and highly secure database. Quite easy to operate and can be integrated with multiple services too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such, it's just wow at its role.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that when prospecting I have mutliple numbers to reach someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "ratings" that appear by someone's name is not always accurate. I have called people with an A rating that have not been there for a few years. Just want consistency,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me find the correct point of contact. I don't like going through the operator at the main line so it gets rid of that step if there is a direct extension.

Zoom Info has been a great tool in researching companies for prospecting new business

The fact that I can import contacts/prospects directly into my companies CRM is a game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
The main search bar can be a bit touchy. For instance, a small typo will completely throw off what I am searching for. I also wish my searches would save in the search bar

What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few things I love about ZoomInfo. First being the simplicity of usage on the site. It's incredibly easy to implement & integrate into our daily practice, and open new windows and browse a variety of account intel at any time. I've been able to access thousands of people's contact info in order to reach them efficiently. Additionally, I love the mobile app. It is user friendly and so helpful when I'm away from my desk. I've benefited greatly from the information made available on ZoomInfo. I use ZoomInfo every day for work and frequently access new info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have an issue with regarding ZoomInfo is that some of the contacts who are out of date/not correctly updated have been challenging to identify prior to contacting them. Especially if they're not utilizing LinkedIn properly or are very closed off on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues ZoomInfo solves for me are updating outdated CRM data on my end, and helping identify new targets in the marketplace with insights. I have gained 5,000+ new contacts within about 100 accounts since getting ZoomInfo.
ZoomInfo is a great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo is that the contacts are right at your finger tips, it doesn't take very long to find the point of contact within the companies profile. The fact that their contact information is provided saves an emense amount of time. The customer suppprt for ZoomInfo is extreamly timely and helpful. I use ZoomInfo daily and I'm happy with how it interegrated with our Hubspot CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
When running a ZoomInfo Intent list, i wish there was a more targeted way to find who to reach out to, especially within Mid-larger companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a roleout of the Copilot system in 2024 which sould solve some of the small issuses with Intent seaches. I'm told that with Hubspot it won't roll out till 2 quarter at the earliest.
