Most Reliable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom OS info sales completely helps us to find the right match easily . This helps us save a lot of time and helps us to reduce our workload . Its provides a lot of information of what i am looking for and helps us to gain more knowledge . The Data can be easily exported excel .The zoom OS customer support is also very Quick and reliable . It allows the marketing Team to obtain the contact information of the prospect . It helps me a lot to gain knowledge and information about my clients and thier company . The implementation of the Tool is very Easy , You get the email and Phone numbers of people you want to prospect . I Use ZoomInfo SalesOS on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad about it , Just the UI can be improved and there are some difficulties at times to sign in .

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most useful tool for demand generation. It is easy to sue, implement and integrate with other tools in the organisation. It helps in building a storm buyer persona and guides in acting as a guide to new and exhausting customer with its insights. The customer support is quick and helpful and it is tool I can use and benefit everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a lot of data around the EMEA as compared to the Americas. It can more cost effective for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps in solving the biggest problem every sales person has, ie learning more about the potential customer and understanding his business needs, challenges and demographics and inturn going fully informed and being a friend and a consultant to the customer.
Most versatile tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the tool as it is easy to use and implement and intergrate with other tools. It is best tool for data and insights on potential customers. Real time intent data and key word search is a game changer. I would like to use it everyday. The customer support team is very prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is very expensive. Their pricing model in the start was more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps in solving the problem if customization and knowing the pulse of the market. It is a helpful tool for hunters like my self.

Zoominfo Sales OS gives me hands on access to accurate and relevant customer info. I like having everything in a single place, so Zoominfo is greatly beneficial to me since it's an all in one platform for sales intelligence. Would definitely recommend

As a marketer it helps me broaden my potential customer spectrum. I can also easily integrate it with existing tools. This reduces the amount of manual workload and helps me save time

There are certain limitations and some accounts aren't legit, they could verify if these accounts are real or fake which might be easier

The CRM integration is benefitting the most as we are able to engage more with the clients. By using Zoominfo's filters, I'm able to pull out the right client information.

It gives us the C level data which helps us in hunting for new opportunity and explore if staffing can be done.

The contacts needs to be updated on regular basis, every month I would suggest if we are paying so much money

the contacts which we are not on LInkedin, it helps get those contacts as well.
Intelligence and Data on One-go
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to source the data from their in-house database and sourcing it into their sales tool is seamless which is one of the best things about Sales OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Database sourced from ZoomInfo is not reliable at times or in other words, some of the data are outdated, which could be fixed with periodic updates so that prospecting gets better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales OS along with the ZoomInfo database go hand-in-hand, which makes it one of the top prospecting tools to reach out to potential customers. Most times the cold leads or warm leads that we receive lack information or outdated information about the lead. Using ZoomInfo to find the potential decision maker and sourcing in their details and reaching out to them using Sales OS with email campaigns / workflows increases the conversion ratio of closing the deals.
Overall Experience with ZoomInfo is fine but it needs improvement

Data sources of ZoomInfo are very authentic that makes us stick to it.

Its dashboard. Very tricky and complex to use.

We can export and import data in Zoominfo and then filter the data with several preferences.
