As an inside sales specialist, it's hard for us to connect face-to-face with our clientele and get more insights into their business.
But Zoominfo makes our life easier by providing the necessary information on the organization and helps us gain the knowledge to do the relevant pitch.

This makes the life of an account manager(Inside Sales) hassle-free on the data collection end and account management.

What do you dislike about the product?
Extension:
The extension fails to connect on a often basis when an organization overview has to be done. Relogin has to be made every time to access the tool even post saving the password.
Data Inaccuracy:
For small organizations, the data is not up to date or incomplete on a lot of categories, and this makes the tool not give a run for the money paid,
The contact information disclosed for major organizations is inaccurate or outdated, which leads to confusion when a reach-out is made for connectivity with the major stakeholders.

Prospecting has been made very easy with Zoominfo giving me the ability to find better ICPs and increase m conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if the companies historic revenue is also shown to help gauge their success etrics and how they can be approached.

ZoomInfo is currently solving my problem of not having sufficient data to go after a lead. The extra edge I receive from this helps me understand business structure and find the right contacts in the company. I am also able to find more than one relevant stakeholder to help smoothen my sales process

Ease of use. Its the best prospecting tool I have used for the NA market.

Nothing so far. Great tool for sales/BD reps to reach out to potential prospects.
