What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo offers access to a vast database of company and contact information, making it easier to identify and reach out to potential leads or partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo prides itself on data accuracy, there have been cases where users found inaccuracies in the contact information provided.

What do you like best about the product?
The Data accuracy, their integration capabilities and automations. Ease of use is a plus

As a small business their pricing is on the costlier side and there is a vast amount of data that needs to be filtered to zone in on leads and companies

They provide access to comprehensive data and insights which can provide small businesses with a competitive edge by helping them better understand their market, competitors, and customers.

Easy to implement and Adapt

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo SalesOs is extremely precise and accurate when navigating B2B data. The ease of use and the Adaptive UI make it really easy for the sales team to learn how to use it and hence a hassle-free ease of implementation. Another best part would be the ease of integration as it can be integrated with the CRM and the rest of the tools that AE can use on a day-to-day basis.

It does offer a number of features that the sales team can leverage for outbound activities, and build better customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There are certain CRMs that does not have the integration with this tool, hence working on broadening the scope would definitely help.

- It gets overwhelming for the new users sometimes as most of the users come from a nontechnical background or are using such tools for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges the gap between the leag gen source and CRM and helps the outbound team to navigate and target better.

Sometime time the data is not updated very minimal no of data

When I am cross selling my products it gives me information with designation and tech stack which is helpful in cold calling to cross sell

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search and verify the contact details of the prospect and the ability to search based on industry is a cherry on top
What do you dislike about the product?
Its only been a couple years since I started using SalesOS and I haven't add any previous experience in using a similar software so there is nothing for me to compare but although I feel support and user training material could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better quality of leads acts as a primary source for the lead generation

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS which helps with exact information to get in touch with the right business associates. Reduces the work of any personal activity with different medium.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use the tool and the tool gives accurate information!

Sometimes its slow to load; other than that its a great software!

Being in sales, its important that we know complete infomration about the prospects / leads before reaching out. There are a lot of tools out there to do this, but ZoomInfo has been the best so far.

Zoominfo SalesOS - A true game changer in sales!

What do you like best about the product?
First thing is it's very user friendly. We can easily look into Sales, Marketing or IT department. And they've given a separate option to search for VP, C level and Directors and Managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things is techstacks. It's not 100% correct, but yes mostly the given techstacks are true.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example when reaching out to the VP of sales to discuss about CRM, mostly they'll mention that they are not the right person and request me to contact IT director. By using Zoominfo SalesOS we can easily identify the right person and we can reach out to them via email or through call. This is the main problem I'm facing right now and Zoominfo SalesOS is perfectly solving this.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Finding the employee size of the company is the best part for a salesperson.

2) Zoom info helps a lot in finding the right POC mobile number and email address even for 1-10

3) Easy to identify the decision maker.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) 1-10 emp size companies info are not found some times

2) Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load

What do you like best about the product?
The one of the best thing in ZoomInfo I see is it's vast amount of data
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike is they have lot of junk data and coustomer support is poor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For any sales person the main thing is leads, right person to contact and ZoomInfo address that perfectly
