What do you like best about the product?
I am an Account Manager and ZoomInfo SalesOS has helped me to track the intent of my portfolio of acounts and also keep a track of the Techstack

None that I can think of- I find everything about Zoominfo helpful

Zoominfo helps in streamlining sales worflow. It also helps in prospecting effectively and also gives information about organisations up to date. Easy use-interface with advanced filtering options for easy look up.
Experience using Sales OS for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
It is great that ZoomInfo Sales OS offers me an accuracy rate for the contacts that I am prospecting. With verifying my contacts and companies, the domain accuracies, zoominfo reduces my work in prospecting. It also allows me to view scoops of various companies, thereby determining their recent activities. The filter views in search are my favorite as they help me to find new prospects for growing my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The buyer's intent is not good. I am unaware of the process, but when I put in buyer intent as a field, it literally downs my contacts search list to 0, which is not great. As an SMB player, I am unable to find exact information on 1-10 size companies and sometimes 11-50 segments as well. Recently, I have been facing inaccuracy in contact information where the contact no longer exists in the company. I called almost 3 prospects from the list off which all 3 left the company and so I was left with no relevant ICP to prospect.

3. The scoops are the best for me and help me personalize my cold emails
4. The advanced filter views and list search help me prospect the best companies out there

What do you like best about the product?
It helped in finding the right persona for a specific organization. Ultimately helps me reach the customer for support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Problem is only one as such,
the moment I click back it reloads and again I have to begin from the start this doesn't happen all the time but 40% of the time it happens.

It solves the most important part that it saves time; I don't need to call the wrong lead and waste time and disturb the wrong person. Here I check the prospects details and then I call.

Only 25 contacts can exported to outreach at a time, which can be improvised

Outreaching problems are nullified and very easy to use for reaching out ICPs

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of zoominfo is the scrolling intent list I get when I upload a particular list to the system. It gives me an idea which company to target and for what solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the prospects mentioned in zoominfo are out dated ones. Like the prospect might have switched company two to three years back. But still it shows the old employment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned before, the intent list helps me a lot with my outbounding and I get meetings out of it
