What do you like best about the product?
User interface, the features, the number of choices to curate my search
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Lusha in my previous organization, compared to that Zoominfo is way better so no dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new exclude option helps me a lot as sometimes its easier to exclude things rather than including them as the number of exclusion is less

What do you like best about the product?
We're in a niche industry, so finding accurate data is fairly hard to come by.
Thankfully, ZI has been top notch in delivering data that's accurate while also making it easy to access, shape, and utilize that data through lists and workflows.
Our reps use the browser plugin to import contact/company data directly into hubspot with ease - cutting hours of manual work out weekly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly we've been really happy with the product, service, and support.

We needed a way to identify key contacts in our target market accounts and establish an org map for more effective prospecting.
With ZI, we've been able to get clear insight into who to target/reach out to when prospecting - saving us hours of manual work every week.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales with Copilot gives our sales directors the information they need for their targeted accounts so they reach out at the right time to the right people. I'm very impressed with how useful it is, as opposed to other AI products whose marketing far exceeds their capabilities. ZoomInfo has broadened its scope, making it an easier product to use for both admins and sales. I was especially impressed with their onboarding process - it was thorough and well-communicated. I also get consistently great support from our Account Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only run into a few issues with its Salesforce integration, and it's only because I'd like it to do something that it doesn't currently do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right target accounts is always a challenge, and ZoomInfo has solid industry and contact data to help us find the right accounts. Once identified for each sales director, CoPilot tells them every day which of their target accounts is showing intent, helping them decide when it's time to reach out and what's the best message.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to uncover contact information in a timely way. Also, the ability to Tag companies and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more filters directly related to the hospitality industry. For example, training, extended stay, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly uncover new contacts with both existing and new companies. It's a time saver!

Good intent signals, data is better for US
What do you like best about the product?
The intent signal were quite good.We used it a lot to track companies and saw some success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data for emails and number for Europe wasn't that great.

The ability to find contact information so easily is super convenient. There are some accuracy issues here and there but for the most part its pretty accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the business information (specifically revenue) is off. I just got off of a call with a company that ZoomInfo had at $1.4M and it was actually a $50M company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find information and multithread my opportunities relatively easily.
