What do you like best about the product?
zoominfo has all the contact information and provides intelligence and histroy of an account and a person

I am happy with my login, the export limit could be more then 2000

It solves the issue of getting all the information about the lead, the cell number, where they have worked, what could be there buying interest

There are a few I like to mention. One of the best research platforms in the market. Assist in increasing sales and building a list as per the desired target audience.

The best thing that I like about Zoom info SalesOS is the accuracy of the information that is available for us to consume, we can trust the information that is put out there and it makes it easier for me to approach a customer with a tailored approach and not a generic one.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment, as my experience with Zoominfo has been pleasant so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part that I like about Zoom info is the intent feature, which is truly amazing.
Because whenever I have used the intent feature, my responses from the customer has been good, all the clients I have engaged with using the intent from zoominfo has lead to a conversation and sometimes a conversion.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that zoom info was more user friendly, sometimes, I fnd the layout to be a bit too cluttered, if it were simple and effective for the user to consume, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has helped me to prioritse accounts with intent to accounts with no intent. As a sales professional, I need to strategise my account book in a way, where I spend my time on reaching out to the customer who have shown interest in a paricular product, this has helped me save time.
Apart from that, the intent seems to be accurate, because I have been able to have conversations with them and also convert a few prospects into paying customers.
To further add, Zoominfo also has given me the right info on the journey and the progress of the an particular business, which has given me an idea to approach them in a customised way and skip the generic way of reaching out to a prospect.

ZoomInfo SalesOS really helps in prospecting new accounts and prospective buyers along with their contact information. The UI is easy to navigate and the intent data really helps to focus on accounts that result in deal closure

Sometimes the contact information is incorrect or outdated.

It helps me to find potential customers and accounts based on their intent. This saves time and also helps me focus on accounts that are highly likely to close

Great Experience with Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with ZoomInfo has been quite mixed. Although from contactability standpoint, I have not faced any issue with ZoomInfo. I have not come across many cases of not having the right contact. The support has been right to the point, with relevant CSM's coming into play and FAQ articles already reposited. I have used the tool frequently throughout my tenure. It is easy to use. Implementation of the tool took as less as few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent signals from Zoominfo are not properly vetted. This results in bad interpretation. Number of features are too many and it becomes a little complicated. It does not integrate well with Freshsales CRM for lead generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info is solving the issue of contactability in emerging markets and is also helping to streamline the entire outbound-ops. The other thing it benefits is to bring in velocity to the outbound approach as we can attach certain tags and work in a fast paced manner.
