Great Experience using ZoomInfo SalesOS
What do you like best about the product?
Mining of leads is on another level with ZoomInfo. Quality and conversion rate of ZoomInfo leads are too good as compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its text generation feature is something that i did not liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality of leads maintained by ZoomInfo and data identification is a problem solved by ZoomInfo.

Can't find some people's contact info on Linkedin or online - ZoomInfo almost always has it right there! Makes it so easy to find people to reach out to.

Zoominfo integrates with CRM's well and gives good contact data for prospects.

Sometimes the software is clunky and does not have update info.

What do you like best about the product?
As a system developer, I get incentivized for new business I can bring for my company and I use ZI to find some potential contacts and companies. It's pretty easy to use and feature packed. Does more than just the job for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been trying to get my company to buy ZI for the whole org but not sure about its pricing since it isn't listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know how I will find details of companies and contacts in one place like I do in zoominfo. If I should do the same by Googling HQ number, speaking to front desk and then get to my contact, I can never do that. So it is a great way for me to right away connect with people I want to.
The ability to find intent from companies is a real hack. I cut through the fluff and talk to companies in their buying cycles.

The UI is very simple & easy to use. The customer support is instant & the integration with Linkedin is smooth. I use zoominfo frequently to get the leads scrubbed & the implementation to get started with Zoominfo is super cool

Can improve integrations to all crm's, mostly this an issue internally, but it woks great with outreach and also it should have better export options to pull the data into the crm
