What i appreciate the most is the exceptional data quality. It significantly boosts my connect rates during cold calls and the remarkable email open rates speaks for themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the abilty to rapidly go to market on new ideas/potential clients/new skill sets served because of ZoomInfo's comprehensive data sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change about ZoomInfo would be to bring back supplemental emails, it makes staffing senior FTE roles much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the "what now" problem for high-end account management and business development. ZoomInfo makes finding new contacts at current clients simple, and finding new potential clients less time draining.

Sometimes, data is not 100% correct. I would say 85-90% of the time it's right.

The contacts may be outdated at times. We must perform simple LinkedIn checks before reaching out.

It provides a most accurate data with contemporary updates and insights from the market to ease the modern world business development function.
I am not a fan of this tool. It lacks accuracy, has outdated data and poor customer support

To be honest, Coming few days I'm in talk with our management to discontinue the usage of this tool.

It provides accurate and up-to-date information and helps to identify target the right prospects effectively
Easy, Efficient, and Intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages is it's inegration with LinkedIn Sales Nav. It's just a lot easier to export contacts to salesforce and then start working those accounts. I also paritculatly like how the chrome extension works with other outreach tools to be able to get good information about the account. Intent and Websights are also good tools to use when you're porspecting for T-1 accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to my mind. Sometimes accuracy of phone numbers can be an issue but in most cases it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesOS really helps me with my prospecting. When I have to export contacts/leads and take them to Salesforce, it makes my life really easy. To do it manually before SalesOS was such a time consuming task.

Exporting contact information can be difficult if the company name isn't an exact match

Zoominfo provides extra contact information (such as a prospects cellphone) more frequently than other competitors, such as Seamless.
