What do you like best about the product?
My main use of Zoominfo revolves around Lead Generation and Account Management. One distinctive feature that stands out is its accuracy and the data quality the system provides. Although not without its imperfections, it consistently surpasses other tools of its kind
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is significantly more expensive than other tools in the market and the customer support experience was very unsatisfactory

My experience with Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
I as a Market Research Analyst, use Zoominfo on a daily basis and the UI is extremely easy and the software is very useful to prospect leads, and to get information about accounts and their leads. I get information for the leads from Zoominfo for which I won't get information from any other tool. This tool integrates easily with other links which makes it more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ZoomInfo extension constantly keeps crashing when opened on LinkedIn which makes it difficult to get information and makes my work process delay. There can be an improvement in customer support and the price of the tool can be revised to make it more affordable,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to generate leads, I am able to obtain the latest data of a company like their HQ number, emails, and leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The Interface is really easy to use. I find it very easy to plan my workflow with this. The prospecting experience is unmatched when compared to other prospecting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website buffers a lot and takes a very long to function sometimes.

The workflow process is better and organized with Zoominfo SalesOS

What do you like best about the product?
I would prefer the company or contact data provided by Zoominfo over any other prospecting tool in the indistry today, because of the accuracy. The time consumpton is much reduced with the proper lead details and datas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much data available is too overwhelming sometimes. Its hard to focus on the data which is needed at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves tge major problem for me in the lead scrubbing area. Being a sales person, the time taking to scrub a lead is the major problem, ZoomInfo solves that problem to me and i benefit because of that.

User-friendly UI is what makes Zoominfo the go-to option while prospecting and figuring out the intent of the account.

The plugin can be made better with integrations showing more details instead of opening up into a new screen.

Manual scrubbing of leads is reduced to a large extent and intent helps us prioritize accounts. This ensures that we make maximum outreach in a short span of time.

That it gives you updated information.you only have to search once aaits very to implement new strategies and has great customer support its very frequent to use and has lots of features and easy to integrate

The mere fact that you cannot search using capital letters, you will not find anything if you use capital letters

Just the fact that I can literally get all the necessary information and contact details of a specific company

What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the ability to prospect and get direct contact details to clients. Making it very easy to get pass the gate keeper and speak directly to the decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
South African mines does not have a big footprint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving problems with email marketing and contacting clients directly. When it comes to getting client information, it is difficult and most switch board operators are not willing to share client details. With zoominfo I can prospect and speak to the relevant decision makers.
