A dependable Sales tool without any fluff!
What do you like best about the product?
1. Zoominfo provides you with an incisive & thorough understanding of the account hierarchy through an 'Organization Chart'.
2. The most interesting feature is the intent alert that pops up for the desired account lists if uploaded in Zoominfo. It opens a new window to prospects day in and day out.
3. The 24/7 Zoominfo Chrome extension has been my extended wing to unlock the contact details and the fire emoji shows the most correct email ID & contact details which is an outstanding feature that every tool should look out for.
4.Zoominfo's UI/UX has been the most credible interface among the other sales tools.

1. I do feel that the database for African countries can be a little more fine-tuned and it can be vast.

1. Zoominfo is revolutionizing the Sales function by providing the most accurate details about contact details which have been an unresolvable issue since the last decade.
2. It was difficult to map the ICPs in a company and it takes a lot of manual effort but Zoominfo has made it a cakewalk by providing extensive details about an account starting from Decision Makers to Influencers.

What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo SaleOS has helped gain greater insights into quality companies to prospect into. Wit accurate data and contact information, finding information for quality personas is easier than ever. The new feature of the "likely to answer" indicator is a strong indicator as to what method is best for outreach to gain traction in an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few hiccups here and there of outage, as well as frequent sign outs. Help Desk is quick to respond and react to such issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the issue of finding quality propsects with quality points of contact. It is also helpful in finding net new accounts to add and call into that have showed some sort of intent to relative solutions.

I wish that more contacts were up to date, because some of them are invalid number or wrong numbers.

Zoominfo's in-bulk features are great. For example, it's so easy to find specific contacts in the thousands.

It's integration with Salesforce is glitchy at times.

It's generally tough to find accurate contacts in bulk. With Zoominfo, I was able to cut a 4 hour manual process to 10 minutes.

Zoominfo has been an excellent tool to help us drive business development. It is super easy to use and the customer support team has been outstanding when issues arrive.

There are no really downsides of using ZoomInfo. There are aspects we don't use as they are not needed for our industry but that is no downsize.

These indicators indicate companies that are actively researching or showing interest in a particular solution. Inaccuracies within the information furnished via ZoomInfo. While the cause indicators may be treasured, sometimes outdated information wrong employee company name, email even contact.

Zoominfo OS helps me find decsion makers. I cold call and mainy gate keepers will just say no because they do not have the authority to say yes. Zoom info helps me find the stakeholder who caresz
Must-Have for the data necessary for GTM
What do you like best about the product?
We employ an account-based approach to selling and marketing into our database of customers and prospects. ZoomInfo helps us to flesh out Contacts and increase our exposure to the efforts we make. What we also like is to be able to connect with visitors to our website with automated workflows that establish communication exchanges right in the window of time of relevance to the visitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the Bulk Credits consumption model. We've had account executives save very loose workflows and import a bunch of low quality Contacts that ate up our bulk credits. That requires timely monitoring now that we've been burned and that would be tantamount to 'bad profits' in the CEM world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows us to access Contacts on account records whereas absent ZI we would have a difficult time getting to those Influencers, Champions, and Economic Buyers. Clearly, having a fleshed out account with numerous contacts in multiple work groups allows us to be able to demo and sell "deep and wide".
