What do you like best about the product?
In nutshell i like everything but Sales conversion rate through this is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting revret from Customer Care support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use as compare to other complicated softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to connect with so many people within the market that I work in. I can help many of my customers through using Zoom Info SalesOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are currently no downsides to using ZoomInfo SalesOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is solving the issue of being able to find the right people to speak with. This is benefiting me to the point of being able to reach the correct contacts and being able to provide them with the services that they are in need of.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to search for companies in specific industries tha fit my ideal customer targeting. It also allows me to then identify key contacts to prospect accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that I have not familiarized my self with that me be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is identifying customers trhat are in my industry actively looking for the services we provide.

What do you like best about the product?
Websights is the most useful part- The people and phone data is OK, but still takes a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically just bad data. Lots of retired people that are easily verified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main use is finding interested companies using Websights

What do you like best about the product?
With ZI, I have more connects via email and phone and helps me sell more

I wish ZI has a email automation tool within it. Also a telephony probably

I'm an Outbound sales rep and my role is "Cold". Eventually with plethora of info in ZI, it makes it warm for me.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS is its comprehensive and up-to-date database of business contacts and company information. This rich source of data has been instrumental in helping us identify and target the right prospects with precision. It's a game-changer for our sales efforts, saving us time and increasing our efficiency in finding and engaging potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about ZoomInfo SalesOS as it is one of the best tools to have. If I had to say one thing, there is a bit of a learning curve for new users, which can initially slow down the onboarding process. While it may seem daunting, ZoomInfo has given you access to all the training videos and content to make this transition effortless. Therefore, I would not consider it a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wopuld state the biggest problem solver is time spent prospecting. ZoomInfo SalesOS has significantly improved our prospecting efficiency by providing access to a vast and up-to-date database of business contacts and company information. This has reduced the time spent on manual research and data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with Outreach and Salesforce which makes it easy to use. 50% of the contacts I find have email/phone numbers in Zoominfo

only 50% of contacts have info in Zoominfo. Integration can be finiky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes outbound prospecting achievable by providing contact info for my ideal customers/prospects

I can reach out to my prospect and get his email ID and cellphone number easily.

Mostly nothing, it is a great tool for my sales outreach

It's extremeley easy to set up and fetches immediate results

The lead quality for india market could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps me with intent data to get to my next customer without having to go through multiple accounts which might not be in the market currently
