Most of the Contact Info I need
What do you like best about the product?
The chrome plugin makes it crazy easy to find data on prospect websites or linkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
it's not the most intuitive tool. I know there's probably a ton of features and value that I'm not leveraging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find and capture about 80% of the contact info I'm looking for with prospects. Making it easier to get in touch with decision makers and build pipeline.
Lead generation for both B2B and B2C made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that leads and contacts in the EMEA region for B2B are reliable. Most leads that are not on sales navigator and d&b can be found on zoominfo. It is really helpful in hitting the target sales. ZommIfo is intuitive. I used it daily and integrated with Salesforce. Customer support is open 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo will provide the headquarters contact number if it there is no contact number for a particular person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using zoominfo, we were always on crunchtime especially 2weeks before the end of each quarter. It suddenly changed when we used zoominfo. We were always hitting the sales target even before the end of the quarter.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's SalesOS is a fantastic tool. You simply input a person's name, and it swiftly provides you with their contact details, revenue figures, headcount information, website details, and more! It's effectively addressing the challenge of uncovering revenue and headcount data for my lead generation efforts. It has dramatically reduced the time required for my routine tasks from 3-5 minutes to a mere 30 seconds. I've gained significant time savings! The user-friendliness of SalesOS is unquestionably a major advantage!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company's listing on Zoominfo currently contains inaccurate information. None of the individuals listed as our "employees" are actually part of our organization. This situation has resulted in a significant amount of wasted time and resources, as we receive numerous unsolicited phone calls and emails from individuals looking for these unknown employees, which also affects Zoominfo's paying customers.

• Increasing your sales productivity and efficiency, by reducing manual work and streamlining your workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very quick and easy to get contact info on leads, I use it every day. I also love how seamlessly it integrates with salesforce - eliminaing that manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are not accurate & a lot of times the HQ number is imported into salesforce so we have to go back and swap it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me accurate contact info to get right to the client/prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how contact information is highlighed in gray when the data isn't confirmed. This makes sending an email or making a phone call much more targeted when you know the data is accurate.

Nothing that stands out. Maybe a little more clarity into what the hot number/email actually means!

I like the seamless integration from LinkedIn ZoomInfo into Salesforce. I like the added feature where they notate which prospects are likely to respond on what channels. Customer support is responsive and helpful.

It's inconsistent. It won't pull several people at one time for seemingly no reason.

For me, ZoomInfo solves the problem of narrowing down which contacts are the best fit for my outreach. This helps me to research faster, leading to a more productive work day.

The contact information and company details were often inaccurate and outdated. Thus, it made it incredibly difficult to trust the data and wasted valuable resources and time on futile outreach efforts on accounts

simple and mostly effective prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy ZoomInfo's intuitive ease of use and the efficeny and scale that I am able to use it to prospect. It is also great because it has integrations with all the other sales technology that I use. I use ZoomInfo on a daily basis to do my job efficently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about ZoomInfo ist that it is ocessionaly not accurate with the prospect info. However, this is rare and normally doesn't effect my outreach and communication with prospects.

Zoominfo is helping me connect with prospects and clients more efficnetly and effectively which makes my day-to-day much easier.
ZoomInfo is valuable for prospecting and gathering contact info
What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward ZoomInfo Google Chrome plug-in makes it easy to use and quickly accessible when prospecting, which I use daily. By using it in tandem with LinkedIn Sales Nav, I can import contacts quickly to Salesforce. Colleagues without ZI licenses often come to me for help finding a prospect/contact's relevant contact information. This tool has been key in importing and updating lists of target contacts efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is outdated or missing causing me to make manual updates to contact info if ZI doesn't have current contact info. I've noticed this usually occurs because a prospect is newer to the company and the system doesn't have enough time/data to surface this fresh data.

ZoomInfo has helped me by:
