What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is great for creating and exporting leads/contact information of relevant stake holders at an organization. They do a great job at sourcing information a business development rep might find most useful such as tenure of a prospect, contact info, titles, and even gives you signals when companies are searching for keywords relevant to your product.
They make it very seamless to import data into SFDC and even have barriers to keep people from duplicating and creating similar leads. The tool has the ability to reassign duplicate leads to you which is a huge plus for me as our organization has had some restructuring in territories.
I love getting reports for new contacts added into lists I follow that I have curated, it saves me the hassle of having to input parameters multiple times just to procure a few new leads.
Our organization uses single sign on as well, making it easy to log onto the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Now, what I wish they could fix is to no fault theirs, but some of the data is outdated and you'll receive a good amount of bounce back emails or bad contact information from your lead imports. That is to be expected, but they also have parameters you can set to filter down bounce back leads.
It may be an issue with our settings, but I wish we had more tech signals from companies searching for different key words. Our organization has a robust offering so I'd like to be able to receive intent signals for all our products.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The modern workforce sees an abundance of attrition and ZI allows us to keep up to date on role/position changes at organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly user-friendly. Does its job without having to click on too many buttons. Integrations with Sales Nav, Salesforce, and Outreach are smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accuracy could be better but that's the only thing to point out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Mining is 90% of what I use ZoomInfo for and does its job very well. Besides accuracy, ZoomInfo has been one my best friends in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to quickly and easily find insights into the account and prospects with the account. the ability to have everyhting broken down at an account from the top down allows me to see who the decision makers are, and allows me to go after the right person for my use case. Also, the ability to have a chrome extension with ZoomInfo is a game changer. This helps my prospecting immensly, it allows me to not have to leave a specific webpage. I can navigate to the company website and simply click on the ZI logo, and be able to see insight about the company without leaving the page. Not to mention the insights gained from the ZI home page and being able to see accounts showing intent, and looking up your offerning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike from a feautre perspective, the only knock (which could be due to my internet) are sometimes it takes a while for info to load when talking about the extension. A simple refresh usually takes care of that issue for me. The only other thing would be sometimes if the company is small enough there won't ususally be any data for ZI to pull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is allowing me to reach my prospects faster. This in turn allows me to spend my time knowing I'm going after the person I'm trying to reach, it allows me to use my time wisely without kicking tires, so to speak. It gives me insights into the account level as well, I'm able to see if that account is showing intent, and it tells me if someone within that account has been looking us up. The direct benefit if all of this to me is by saving this time, it allows me to get my job done faster, with ease, and exceed the quota that is set for me.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the top of the sales funnel for me. All fresh contacts and leads to help grow our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface stinks. I've talked about this before with Zoominfo leadership. Its overwhelming, all of the options. Should be able to choose what you want to accomplish and then only those tasks are highlighted. I am not even using 50% of the funcationality of the tool because of the interface (and Zoominfo employee turn-over or transitions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
That there is an accuracy score and that the fire emoji is there under email or phone if that prospect is likely to engage.

Lately there has been alot of missing numbers or emails.

It is benefiting me because I use ZoomInfo to gather all my new leads for my outbound sales Job. It is the only platform I feel comfortable navigating.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo makes sales prospecting so much easier! I am a regular user who works on this daily to prospect the appropriate leads. The good thing about Zoominfo is the minimal bounce rates compared to the competitors. I would recommend this any day to a sales person.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be improved, especially the tags option has to be organized in a user-friendly way.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for the tool to integrate into my flow of work is so important to my everyday use. The ease of use leads to a high frequency of use. The information is accurate and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
More cell phone numbers would be ideal but also hard to obtain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate new leads with accurate information. When we are doing primarily cold outreach, being able to quickly find contacts and their information is crucial to being efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy export to salesforce or hubspot. I also enjoy using the extension tab when using other tools like LinkedIn SalesNavigator for quick access to contact information.

Sometimes the job titles and contact information can be a little outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are able to pull contact information for virtually any lead. That benefits me as a sales rep because I'm able to broaden my search and ensure that I can make contact with the best leads.
