One of the most reliable tools we have in prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
This helps us reach out to the right person in the company to be able to know their main pain points and provide solutions and recommendations as their solution/software provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances that ZoomInfo can't display information mostly for very small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, there are instances that the company info of the customer on their website is not enough and Zooninfo is one of our go to applications in finding information we are looking for not available in their website or in their account.
Lead Generation and prospecting made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is one of the widest business databases in our current time. It is a very valuable resource for marketingreserach and lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think is a weakness is while it's database sure is one of the biggest around, its accuracy depends on external factors. thus data errors still occur leading to incorrect contact info or company info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is a very invaluable tool in my day to day activities. It where I pull up important information from my accounts that can't be just seen readily; where you would have to pull up their website, news about them etch.. It is all found in zoominfo -a one solution for a couple of problems.
Sales enablement platform with useful features that is very helpful in sales
What do you like best about the product?
This sales enablement platform has a lot of features, comprehensive data, sales intelligence, workflow automation, can integrate with other software and training which is very helpful in a sales account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited and or Lack of support for users -
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a lot of feature this helps our account in the entire sales process - from prospecting, lead generation, product reviews up to fulfillment.
Faster, Better, Accurate results from ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of contact information. The simplicity of research and the speed of receiving that info is impeccable. It is almost childs play when it comes to navigating your platform. I also love that I am notified within the app of recent updates and of how likely a contact is to respond to emails or calls. The customer support team is remarkable in their response and their eguidance in assisting you via email or call is childsplay and very easy. They are well clued up on their product which is quite satifying. I was even more excited when I realized that they integrate with LinkedIn and Zoho CRM and the process was so easy which made it even more satifying and less time consuming to import information from ZoomInfo. This is the 1st thing I open every morning and the last thing I closed at the end of my day. It is honestly a relationship one has with this platform due to its accuracy and ones need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Business or Company profiling info needs faster updating. the fact that I tend to find some businesses are no longer existent or the website is no longer, does add some frustration and confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and comparing and updating emails and contact numbers was a great help. Also checking pout the latest snoop of News on the business was rewarding. When one platform indicates that a contact has left the business or that their email response shows thay are no longer based at the company then navigating through ZoomInfo would be the norm for me to locate the contacts new position and also as to which company they will be based at and how long thet have been in that post. the fact that ZoomInfo also has a contacts LinkedIn Link which takes you straight ot that platform ios a an added bonus of less time consumption. I am honestly able to to my duties with ease and peace of mind. I actually feel spoilt with the help of ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS is its extension with LinkedIn. One can easily search about one's details (contact info, email id, etc) along with scoops on the company's technologies. Very useful and handy feature.

Sometimes, contact details are not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in creating a data lake to outreach companies based on their personas. I am extensively using ZoomInfo SalesOS extension to outreach the client rightaway.

i like the fact i can pull in information so quickly - to improve my prospecting. Ease of intergration aswell.

Downsides - is intergation with oureach sometimes is difficult

ZoomInfo provides us with a lot of data to handle, both positive and negative.
While ZoomInfo covers a wide range of industries and businesses, there might be some specific industries with limited data coverage.
I think ZoomInfo might be a bit expensive.
It offers integrations with all the famous CRMs but lacks certain limitations with specific CRMs.

ZoomInfo solves various problems for me. Some major things are:
Efficient Lead Generation: This saves me a lot of time scrubbing proper leads.
Data Accuracy: Most of the data mentioned are too accurate, so here too it saves me a lot of time.
As its integrated with our own CRM, I find it is easy to export leads directly to it.
These are the major where it helps me.

Great intergration to Salesforce, but lacking contact details in EMEA
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS hold a lot of data. This helps me find the right contacts within the company I am trying to reach as a sales rep. With ZoomInfo's extension, I am able to open a LinkedIn profile, find the contact details, and import the prospect to the right account in Salesforce. This feature is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact details available for prospects in EMEA don't seem to be very comprehensive. Therefore I am not able to find the contact details of the prospects I really want to reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find contact details of important prospects. This way I am able to reach them and create an opportunity. When I am able to reach the right stakeholders, the changes of an opportunity closing go up.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to pull out previously unknown contact details of prospects, helping with outbound efforts. Integration with Salesforce allows easy transfer of information, saving time on manual work.

Information are not 100% accurate. Have found multiple incorrect numbers or information not updated to current employment

While generally accurate, occasional data discrepancies require caution. The recent change in copying phone numbers, necessitating a dedicated copy button, is a notable inconvenience, disrupting the otherwise smooth experience.
As we work on the Australian market, ZoomInfo could benefit from enhanced data coverage in this region.

Zoominfo is solving the problem of prospecting. It gives a good oversight about the prospects making it easier to approach them by providing people's information and details about the company as well like which tech they are using and employee sizes, etc.
