It does not always have the right contact info but the majority of the time it does. Sometimes the platform does not have the company I'm looking for.

The best thing about ZI is easily the chrome extension. I use it every day while prospecting and buying committee feature is awesome.

constantly getting logged out of the site, and the data isn't always reliable

prospecting and collecting data on the right personas

As a BDR I find this tool super easy to use and I use it every day. It's a crucial tool to my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
No tool is perfect. There is some contact information missing in smaller-midsize companies, and sometimes email domains are innacurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me see who is engaging with our company or within our space, as well as providing accurate contact information on those prospects.
ZoomInfo is the only tool I use for prospecting!

Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great things about ZoomInfo. I can't do my day to day in my sales job without logging in and using it. I can check if a contact is within an organization and grab their contact info. I can identify groups of people by their titles. We can see what organizations visited our website. I can set up emails for my competition. There is not just one thing. The list goes on and on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could spend all day searching. It's not necessarily a downside but there are so many different things I can check out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing my contact and lead base at the tip of my fingers with everything built into one platform. I don't have to do my own research. It's a simple search and set up.

Phone numbers aren’t working as well as they used to, the data is getting old.

Need a better way to ensure the person is still in the company and that their data is accurate

Getting the correct data I need to then be able to reach out to my prospects.

- Great support/training sessions.
- Excellent prospect indicators i.e. intent.
- Easy to understand i.e. implementation.
- Integrates well with other platforms i.e. Salesloft.
- Useful Google Chrome extension.
This is the best, most well-rounded sales tool I've used in my 3+ years in sales.

Nothing comes to mind. ZoomInfo is exceptional.

ZoomInfo makes finding new leads very easy, and helps me warm-up my cold outreach. I'm also able to easily find accurate ways to reach out to the prospect through ZoomInfo.
Makes prospecting easier & more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Websights & Intent functions. They help me prospect more strategically. I check these weekly and they set the tone for my prospecting that week. I also find the advanced search filters to be helpful as I am able to narrow down to companies that have the highest buying intent. I also utilize the plug-in on Linkedin often to export leads!
What do you dislike about the product?
When prospects switch companies, sometimes it takes a while for that to be updated in Zoominfo and I have to lean on other platforms to get their new information. I also find that some phone numbers are wrong or no longer in service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay out of a prospecting rut. It helps me be more creative with how I find companies - whether it's through Websights, Intent or Scoops, I'm able to find new companies to reach out to.

There is nothing which I can say that I dislike ZoomInfo SalesOS. It's Awesome!!!!
