Get's me the contacts that I need to perform my job effectively.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with Outreach and I can pull prospects straight from sales navigator to the platform. It's a nice database and most of the people I prospect into have some contact information listed. It's also good for company insights and mapping out an org if need be. As a SDR, not sure how I would do my job without access to phone numbers so I consider Zoominfo as a need to have. I use it every day with out fail and it's pretty simple and straight foward to use. Any Sales person could implement this into their process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's incorrect contact info which can be awkward or company information that is out of date. I've submitted requests to fix info but it seems to take quite a while for anything to change. I feel bad for some of the people that I call as a result of incorrect numbers listed because they are getting blown up by sales people for no reason!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to gain data and insights on my prospects so I can reach out to them effectively. This allows me to do my job and get paid!

What do you like best about the product?
The new advanced search is a game changer! It makes it so much easier to target a list of accounts or a specific persona. I also like getting notifications on saved searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The think I dislike the most is sometimes the speed can be a bit slow when searching for an account but otherwise it is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate lead lists faster than before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to prospect new accounts while filtering out accounts that are already in my salesforce. This makes the process super smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. Sometimes the information is in correct. Maybe an integration with Linkedin will help keep updated titles and emails

What do you like best about the product?
I appreicate the simplicity of the platform. The overall ecosystem flows well for my everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Numbers are not always up to date. Sometimes mobiles will not be for the prospect. It'll be a family member or close friend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves for finding leads, new contacts, and giving confidence that I'm calling the right person.

I like the ability to find new employees within my tam. I think that using the advanced searches works most effectively.

Sometimes the contacts are no longer at the company ZI says they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to find qualified leads for various companies.
I use ZoomInfo daily for curating lead lists and responding to our company chat
What do you like best about the product?
I don't want to spend all of my time researching contact information. As a BDR, I need to use my time actually curating specific contact lists and ZoomInfo helps me to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see occasionally is that some updates are missing, but they are added pretty quickly after I make a request for a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love ZoomInfo for intent data. I've gotten a lot of meetings from it this past year. My team is now using the chat feature for our company and I'm booking at least 1-2 inbound meetings from chat alone.
Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great search functionality, important contact information for prospecting and new features that show if contacts are more likely to respond. I would not be as successful without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of anything at the moment to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to get the right contacts for recruiting/sales purposes. I can find key hiring managers, heiarchy, and information about the company very quickly.
Great way for prospecting, sometimes not the most accurate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoominfo continues to innvovate their advanced searches. I appreciated being able to learn new filtering methods and ways to target prospects/accounts that may give you the best chance of success. I think Zoominfo is a great way for new logo teams pulling in new accounts and new prospects to increase the amount of outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice that sometimes that data on an account may not be accurate with employee count (based off of LinkedIN or a confirmed count from an employee at the location.) Also sometimes accounts have no contact information tied to them even if they state they do have high employee counts (information or data not available). I am not sure if this is a zoominfo problem or something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really benefit from the ability to copy and paste a Lead's email address and domain to route it to an account I am trying to search for.

What do you like best about the product?
Fire leads, or 'likely to engage' leads are fairly accurate. The extension in Sales Navigator is a irreplacable prospecting motion for me and our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy, without Sales Navigator as primary source of truth, you will sift through a ton of folks who are no longer with the org.

Finding proper mobiles and direct lines for prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Access to information is easy and intuitive. Using it on a daily basis to improve my outreach, I know that without ZoomInfo, my numbers would suffer. The Chrome Extenison is must for sure, super easy integration that gives your powerful info very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information, generally the phone numbers, aren't always correct. Maybe a 75/25 split. I'm understanding of the scraping to get these phone numbers and if the information is incorrect, I update and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to information. Without it, I would not have the powerful information to not only reach a prospect, but to have up to date info on their company, etc.
