Great platform for Business Development!
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much information literally available at your fingertips. I use the platform to source new prospects into my sales campaigns and I have never not been able to find what I'm looking for. I verify most of my propsects through the platform as well and use it just about every day. It works perfectly with LinkedIn and other apps that I use regularaly as well. Customer support is on point as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I dislike. There have been a few issues here and there in terms of the platform functioning properly with certain things.. but overall I have always received the help I needed and had my issue fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the problem of having to go out and find prospects using a million other search methods/tools. Everything is all in one place and it is a super easy platform to use. Not only that, but with the filters I don't have to go scrub every new contact to make sure they fit my campaign parameters.

Running certain lists can be confusing when applying certain filters or trying for a certain result

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about zoominfo is the ease of looking up contacts. If I am stuck on a company with no direction, zoominfo is an easy tool to lean on to find some avenue into the decision makers.

I cant think of anything i dislike. Since our company started using it, my daily prospecitng has gotten significantly easier.

It is helping me navitage through stale leads in CRM that have been there forever. contacts have left, etc and it easily helps me get around this.

ZoomInfo is a powerful tool for prospecting and finding new contacts in your target industry
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of ZoomInfo is the number of filters you can add to find very specific targets. The filters are pretty easy to use. There is a lot of data so you can usually find the company/contact you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be difficult to narrow down the "industry" filter since it seems somewhat broad or innacurate at times. I understand that this is how the companies are coded, but sometimes with very specific/niche industries there is no true good fit. I also wish it was a little easier to make and save lists on the fly to come back to later, rather than having to rely so heavily on the tagging feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have a robustly populated CRM so SalesOS is very helpful for finding new contacts/customers to export and start working as leads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about ZoomInfo SalesOS is how it povides accurate email ddresses of my prospects. My outreach results have increased compared to just using LinkedIn in the ast to find emails of my prospects. Also the new update which you can see the fire-like icon in the lead's email/phone will help indicate which contact would likely respond has helped a lot especially when the contact I wanted to reach out to does not have an email listed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there are a few tags which aren't helpful to me like the Buying committee, emplyee count, company revenue and even the industry type. Simply because my task does not involve these details.

I like the click to import contacts to my CRM and the org charts. Intent insights are good as well.

At times, the website or some of the info is inaccurate.

It helps me find contacts that I need. Although, it could be better because I tend to find more contacts on other databases.
