Essential for a lean sales team doing email outreach

What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS has been crucial in building the commercial process for a startup with one dedicated outbound rep. The amount of time saved in seamlessly exporting contact information to the CRM is spent on much higher-value activities, and verified emails protect the domain name health.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor UI things that don't really get in the way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregating contact information and exporting into CRM means the sales team can immediately target their ICP and not waste time trying to find contact details or perform manual data entry beneath their pay grade. Sales execs can focus on the more value-add parts of the sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Has contact info for 98% of the people I need to talk to on a daily basis. As a startup, this provides our database with a great start of account and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scoops and other value added data points go unused. We use this primarily for the addition of contacts and accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a great baselayer of accounts and contact information for us to go after

What do you like best about the product?
The integration that is has with SaleNav and the intent features provide insight into what my ICP at the company is looking into each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccurate numbers and sometimes generate incorrect emails that don't always fit the common domain of the company profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving how to keep up with leads within a specific deal or leads in an account that I am trying to pursue.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how acccurate the data is when I'm calling on prospects. There isn't almost always a reliable phone number for the individual where I can connect with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more intuitive to report bad numbers in the off chance it's not tied to the prospect it says it is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without ZoomInfo SalesOS, I wouldn't be able to do my job. It provides me the tools to create wins for my clients and for the company. Through the data it provides, I'm able to play a part in closing deals for both parties.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fantastic to have a tool that can give insights into what a company they want to purchase and the contact information for the right people to buy. it's great that it links to Sales Force and quickly and easily update my contacts and add new one. I use ZoomInfo every day. It was easy to implement, and customer service is very responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tasks to add lists and updates can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves all of the prospecting problems I've experienced

What do you like best about the product?
Whats most helpful about Zoominfo is the way you can look up basically anyone on the internet and find a good email or phone number to reach them. It helps Salespeople save so much time and energy when list building and prospecting new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoominfo doesn't also have the most accurate data on prospects, like invalid emails and phone numbers. However they are working constantly on updating and fixing issues around inaccurate information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help solve the business issue of finding prospects data to contact them for all types of sales positions.

What do you like best about the product?
The information that you glean from ZoomInfo - contact information, org charts, visuals into Intent signals where you can identify target customers. Suggested update features where you can help other users of the platform with updated contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information isn't always correct, so additional research on my end is needed. Or a contact doesn't have an email address (yet). When using advanced search, it also leads to some results that shouldn't be part of the purview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my prospecting efforts to be more streamlined - i.e. gives me the who and the how to when reaching out to prospects. Also using the Intent data to narrow down on what prospects I should be targeting and when.

What do you like best about the product?
The crome extestion that i can click on over linkdeln and have contact info pop-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches on me alot and i have to sign in and out a couple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intent scores give me insignt into who and what accounts i should be looking into on a given week.

Often contact data will be outdated, where someone has moved onto a new role more than 6 months ago and data does not reflect.

There are becoming a plethra of filters and ways to segment data. More training on what these filters are for, and how they help to identify prospects would be helpful

Helping the SDRs get more qualified, leads to our sales reps. The benefits that we have seen is more events for Sales that have generated into Closed won opportunities.
