Best source for Sales Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the information is edited as the new info is discovered and updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at the moment. I am able to navigate well. I wish that the email address would just be given only when confirmed not assumed by the others in the company. I do not think this is Zoominfo though, i believe it is info that has been gathered, otherwise, I have all positive feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoominfo solves for me is that when people are stumped they will reach out to me and I have access so I am able to find more facts about certain people to bring more leads to myself and others. I have a goal to reach and each day I am able to hit or excel that goal with the work I do in zoominfo.
Good But Glitchy
What do you like best about the product?
Handy to use with the plug-in for prospecting, like the overview page and the ability to look tech and atrributes and Websights, I'm not really sure of other competitors, it's the only tool I've used for account mapping and pulling in prospect info.
What do you dislike about the product?
- have found it glitches often/ doesn't load and also does'n't pull LI profile over to SF and sometimes even pulls the wrong profile
- contact info on org page tends to be out of date for account mapping and prospecting
- doesn't always track websights - ie) will get intent data of custoemrs/prospects visiting our page but it doesn't pick up on ZI Websights

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting prospect contact information, the chrome plug in is really handy ifor importing contact into our CRM, also helps verify customer ICP and map out org charts

Having the ability to find people within an organization with good numbers and emails

Helps to find the right contact for specific technology providers to engage them. Provides ability to add prospects to my calling efforts

What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality and ability to filter is really nice especially when prospecting. It also connects great with intent
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be unreliable with phone numbers compared to some competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with key decision makers is great especially for outbound prospecting.
This tool is GOLD!!

Zoom info helps me to find the right contacts to reach out to. They have everything from the top executives in a company to the administrators working in the offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform was a little difficult to navigate at first. The outreach tool definately does not have all the features of the site itself. Overall, with practice these issues turned out to just be minor setbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps me to get all the contact information on pertinent clients. Last names, phone numbers, emails, last names, and correct titles. Also, it provides great information on organizational charts if I am unable to reach a specific contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Chrome Extenstion is readily avalible at all times. My email deliverablity has increased dramaticly since using ZoomInfo. I also appricate how there is an icon next to emails or phone numbers that are likely to respond. Zoominfo is excellent when it comes to prospecting or researching!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ZoomInfo SalesOS chrome extenstion can take some time to load, that being said a quick page refresh usual solves this problem. The only other challenge I have with zoominfo is when it has trouble finding employee emails for a specific company, usually the same problem will occur for each employee at that specific company. This challenge doesn't happen often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo to valid leads and contact information, prospecting contacts, check companies annual revenue. With out Zoominfo I would have very little insight into a prospective companies annual revenue. I also wouldn't beable to validate contact information. Without Zoominfo I would also have to manueling import contacts into saleforce vs currently I am able to import bulk contact lists seamlessly.

They have hot lists to let you know if they are likely to respond which is very helpful

It constantly kicks me out of Zoominfo and some of the data is 3-4 years old

Zoominfo allows me to get the contact information I need to reach my ideal prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me mobile phone numbers for prospects so I can reach them directly. This is very important because sometimes the HQ number simply isn't enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides. It makes my job so much easier. Like I said, I couldn't do my job without it. That's why I have nothing bad to say about it. My whole team loves it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes these prospects are really hard to find. Zoominfo solves this problem. I'm able to find the contact I need and this keeps me super productive. It definitely increases my performance.
Great tool for Sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily search and create call lists via zoom info. I have the ability to filter via job title, industry, location, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can sometimes be out of date.

I have the ability to get direct lines and/or cell phone numbers for contacts.
