Great potential, but inconsistent information.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter and search for certain titles or departments is very good. I also really like the Scoops and other features they provide to narrow in specifically on a company or person you are trying to reach out to. It is very convenient to filter for an ICP and have a link to their LinkedIn for connecting or messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the inconsistent data. Companies will often have incorrect addresses, LinkedIn links, or other data points that get pulled in incorrectly or are not quality-checked. This is a common issue with companies that have common names where multiple companies exist and cause the information to get mixed up. Additionally, in my experience, the emails of most contacts are either unknown or bad addresses heavily limiting email outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo does help provide information quickly. I find the extension especially useful for quick glances into a company or an easy LinkedIn link without having to find that.

What do you like best about the product?
Stremlined user interface makes an effective intereaction between the specific requiements and search results. Accuracy filter allows a user to get professional information to be more precise and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo has limited database of arround 250 million professionals and comanies which is less as compared to LinkedIn

ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the challenges of lead identification, contact accuracy, and streamlined outreach for our staffing company.

I love the ease of use around mobile numbers, easy to grab them and know you are going to reach your prospect!

There are a few functional things like the amount of contacts, I wish you could narrow them down better

They are helping me to be able to reach my prospects more effectively, through mobile numbers and email.
I book a vast majority of my prospect meetings with contacts that are found on Zoominfo

I like all of the different ways I can search for contacts using the advanced search button.

One wish I have is that I wish it would update companies contact info faster.

I honestly rarely ever use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can go down sometimes but normally comes back up in a matter of minutes
Sometimes you'll need to go to Linkedin (outside of salesnav) to get the info you need

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the best way I've found to identify org charts, heircharchies, and extract an individuals phone number and email in a trusted way. We use it where it integrates with Outreach and Salesforce, both "exports" happen in a matter of seconds helping my workflow and stay efficient as an outbound salesman.
Great database to help with missing info for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
They offer a robust database that's fairly accurate. Lots of various tools can help you plug holes in your data, find out who at a company is a decision maker and research companies with buying intent. Overall, it gets the job done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the tool is so robust, it can be difficult to learn. There are lots of fantastic tools, but you need to take the time to learn how to use them and implement them into your strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps our teams get missing information on key contacts, such as phone and email. It also has a great tool to show us user intent so we can pinpoint better prospects to target.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales is has a variety of amazing tools that help identify and contact potential customers. Definitely worth the price! I recommend to any sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contact information is not up to date or companies are categorized incorrectly- ie a manufacturing plant might be listed as a "hospitality" business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an sdr, I am never out of prospects. Zoominfo saves time that would otherwise be spent researching contract info. It definitely increases overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding Numbers/Emails for inbound leads that did not provide said info. The ability to find other solid personas the same way. Compaired to other platforms it has a better feel and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the data can be incorrect, same with the titles the personas would have listed. Maybe a faster refresh would improve this, just slows things down on lead data accuracy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding other personas within an organization with telling me they are likely to engage and in what way. It help with connects and responses, so I am able to attain more appointments/meetings.
