Zoominfo Review from an SDR
What do you like best about the product?
i really like the websights and intent features. I find that it helps me accurately target the correct ICP specifically with intent data for campaigns about cloud. With this insider information I am able to speak directly to the potential customer and craft a relevant message for the reader.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the biggest downside of zoominfo is the data quality. If you want solid contacts you need to be filtering with a minimum of 92 accuracy or above (along with many other features). Previosuly I had been getting too many bounce backs or messages from people that are no longer at the company - since boosting the accuracy I have seen a significant decrease in bounce backs althought not totally eliminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, Zoominfo makes pulling lists so much easier. I am able to input my filters and can get down to the smallest details. Zoominfo is also a resource where I can go and research specific companies to see what kind of behaviors they have been displaying.

What do you like best about the product?
What I mostly use are the intents, ans websights, plus always using it as a referal for any information I might require from a company. Most of the times is really accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can't. imput information ie. New leads. there should be some place where you can actually give ZI information and wait for an approval. Other than that I can't find something that I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the time issue when we are prospecting, it is pretty accurate in terms on the information we find on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The chrome extension is super helpful especially when combined with another prospecting tool such as LinkedIn. The integrations with Salesforce and Salesloft are also really helpful and convenient to be able to get outreach out quickly and smoothy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact info can be outdated or flat out wrong sometimes. Company hierarchy and overview can also be wrong at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate contact info and seamless integration into outreach tools.
Become a prospecting pro with ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes prospecting so easy. I can easily find the data I need when I need it. It integrates easily with our other platforms, making it a cinch to transfer contact info. Now, I can spend more time actually connecting with prospects. Also, I'm a huge fan of the Intelligence Feed, particularly the Hot Scoops feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contact info is inaccurate or certain prospects have moved on to other companies. I'm not sure how often the data is cross-referenced for accuracy, but this is a very infrequent occurrence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo SalesOS, we're able to easily find and connect with the people who fit our ICP. The advanced search capabilities gives us a granular landscape of the accounts we should be targeting. As mentioned before, the Intelligence Feed also keeps us up to date with current events at the accounts, so we can speak intelligently and authentically to what's most pressing to their decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's got accurate data, helps you find leads easily, and can integrate with other tools. Plus, it gives you direct contact info and insights about your leads. And if you ever need help, their customer support is usually pretty good. It's user-friendly and customizable too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price: It could be a bit pricey, especially for smaller businesses.
Data Accuracy: Sometimes, the data wasn't 100% spot on.
Learning Curve: It might take a bit to get the hang of it.
Integration Hurdles: Integrating it with other tools could be a bit tricky.
User Interface: Some folks just didn't vibe with the interface.

Overall a Fantastic tool for any Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I like the interface of the platform and the ease of use. I like how accurate the data is, especially the contact data (Phone/Email). The ZoomInfo extension is also a massive timesaver when it comes to either a quick form of contact or overall pipeline generation. Overall data quality is great across all market segments, highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall a great tool for any sales team, highly recommend it. One thing I would like to see improvement on is the accuracy under their advanced search tab (Technologies) used at companies. Noticed a difference between SalesNav technologies search vs. ZoomInfo. Love the added Intent tab, all I ask is to continue to work on advancing the accuracy of this feature.

The biggest use of ZoomInfo SalesOS for me is prospecting and seeing the overall landscape of companies. The biggest problem it's helping us solve is finding the correct contact information.

I've used a few of these platforms and have found ZoomInfo to deliver the most accurate and consistent results. The plugins are generally reliable and UI intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, I just really dislike being signed out of the platform every day. its totally petty but that one extra SSO step grates at my psyche when so many of my other tools leave me signed in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just haven't found a more reliable source of lead contact information. My job would be next to impossible without software like this, especially as people become more concious of personal information online

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo daily to help me source the right prospects to help me secure the best people in the right positions, since using ZoomInfo my reach rate has increased massively
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not always have good date for the UK and foreign markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo provides me prospect data I would never have using other tools. The hot sections is extremely informative on how to reach out to my potential prospects.

Zoominfo's database seems to be more complete than others I've used. It's very helpful finding contact information

Its sad when numbers are removed but I understand they must comply.

Loading Leads into Salesforce Quickly!
What do you like best about the product?
I find that loading leads manually into Salesforce takes too much time; I love that I can push them to SF with a click!
What do you dislike about the product?
I preferred the former style for sorting on the left; but at least I can toggle back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one-stop-shop to get the contact information needed when expanding/networking within an account without having to go to mulitple locations to find the information. The seamless integration is a big help as well!
