What do you like best about the product?
phone numbers and emails to reach out to high priority people
What do you dislike about the product?
incorrect emails and phone numbers and having to go through a bunch of phone numbers to find the right one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have with ZoomInfo are the relatively high amount of incorrect phone numbers and emails, but that's not really being fixed as far as I've seen.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo continues to be the most accurate with its lead generation details. So many tools have surfaced in the market and yet ZoomInfo, still has the old and new type of prospects you need to build a great case of business intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that it adds the contact details of people who used to work there but it would be nice the lead details have something included regarding their current work status with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me solve the issue of understanding how diverse a particular team I am prospecting is. ZoomInfo shows you the account hierarchy and most often than not is it accurate, providing me a clear picture of who is involved and who out of the group can be inferred as the decision-maker.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has proven itself to be an indispensable tool for businesses of all sizes, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. As a marketing professional, I rely on ZoomInfo to provide me with accurate and up-to-date information about potential clients and partners. What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing I dislike about ZoomInfo. Probably, it can be the updates since not all contacts are updated real-time or right away. But, it is still the best platform to be used for searching contact and their contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the most critical part of the business which is getting the email address and direct/mobile phone number of our potential clients. This makes me more productive at work.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info is a best tool for analysis, sales and greatful insights.
The best feature of Zoom info is up to date Data .
Attractive interface and easy to use, highly recommended.
We can easily campaign management here .
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my opinion , there are no dilikes , If i found something wrong data , I always suggested to update and their team update them with in 24 hours . So over all i have a good experience with Zoom info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo Sales Os help me to verifying the leads , which comes from the Web , Corporate marketig and the other channels .
If I have some suggestion to the zoom info data then i also suggested to the team.
It is a good choice for Sales Engagment Analyst , we can select the contacts in advance pannale those who are likely engage , it is good feature .

What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome Ext that ZoomInfo offers is a game changer. I can pull data from ZoomInfo without having to actually be inside the ZoomInfo site. It makes my day way more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension is slow to load and I have or refresh or login, but 9 out of 10 times, I don't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to locate contact information all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Comparing the other sales tools in the market, zoominfo gives you the best in class data's. It always gives you the right info and it has lot of options. It has the most updated data base comparing other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo intent can be better which we felt more relevance towards the data's given. Also it needs to do update on the latency on the extension, it takes some extra time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get relevant datas on the contact & email address. Its very easy to fetch decision making personas, this is what making us generate leads very easily.

Great integration with Sales Force

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with SalesForce and Outreach makes importing leads from SalesNav a seamless experience. Also having additional insights on the companies I'm prospecting helps me decide which companies to pursue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find phone numbers in the European region or when prospects recently changed jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me all the prospect data I need to perform my job and find new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
In general, I think Zoominfo is pretty good. Full disclosure, I've only used ZI, LinkedIn Salesnav, and Lusha to compare. Also getting a GC (hopefully) for this review.

I appreciate that the majority of emails I get from Zoominfo seem to be legit. My bounce rate is pretty low. The learning curve was pretty easy. Big fan of the amount of filters they give when building lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Numbers aren't always very accurate, it's pretty close but definitely not perfect. I don't like that there are a few features that are shown on the main page but only accessible if you pay more. I get it but like also not a fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without data I couldn't reach my prospects, zoominfo does a pretty good job of laying out an account and providing the matching emails and occasionally hit's the nail on the head with direct and mobile numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is useful across a few sites. If I'm on LinkedIn, I can easily pull that contact's email and phone number and expand the pullout to see news on the company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of the data can vary based on the company. The most important data point for sellers is the name, phone number, and email. For the most part, that data is pretty good. The data about the company's tech stack can be hit or miss at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find new leads is everything. You aren't always going to get people coming to your site and interacting with your content. So if you don't do that, then how do you get their contact info? That's where ZoomInfo provides the most value.
