What do you like best about the product?
I like that some contact infomation is notated with a fire symbol if that is their prefered form of contact. I like that there are contact photos for a majority of the contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a struggle to use the website. The search bar disappears while I am typing on my work laptop and other work devices. I can never find contact information for new businesses. For example, Silicon Ranch in Georgia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides accurate contact infomation for potential prospects. It also verifies infomation already in the Client relationship management software whenever a prospect's contact information is in question.

Dramatically improved the speed of finding prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go through a list of contacts in the company, find the right person quickly, and have a high probability of reaching them. I can find the right person because I can see their LinkedIn profile, included with the contact. Most of the time I don't call if there isn't a cell number. I usually don't call if there is no cell number. Having a mobile number has increased my contact ratio threefold. I love the recently added feature indicating how likely the person is to answer the phone. I use it. My contact ratio for some markets has moved from 1:5 to 1:3, and on some days, 1:2!
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding contact information for people working outside the United States or Canada is my least favorite aspect of ZoomInfo. The contact information of the contact is often incomplete, and the number of contacts is low. Geographically, this includes Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Mexico, and South America. I don't think ZoomInfo can do much about this problem because the information is likely hard to get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Finding the right person to contact faster so that I generate leads that my clients close. My efficiency in finding leads has increased threefold since I started using ZoomInfo in June 2020. My clients' closing ratio has increased threefold because my leads are better (depending on the client.

2. Intent has enabled me to find leads generating significant business for my client who wants to grow their business in another country.

3. I am getting more work done in less time. List building time is reduced by 30% so I don't have to work after hours to build call lists.

What do you like best about the product?
very comprehensive set of emails and mobile phone numbers. ablity to map ZoomInfo contacts to our business contacts using the ZoomInfo ID and our contact ID...very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
only one business email per person and many C-Suite people may be board members of other companies while working a job or are volunteers. also, this is an issue with employment status as there appears to only be one option for current but their should be more. I also find when multiple people with the same name are grouped together in the same profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is a huge task to track when a client or propect company contact leaves the company and ZoomInfo is to help with that a lot. Also finding emails for new contacts is difficutl and zoom helps with that.

Great for finding leads

What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide range of contacts from a wide range of sectors available, Sales OS even covers niche companies in specialised sectors, providing information on the company as well as the contact info.

Sales OS is easy to use and very intuitive. The search and advanced search function is critical for developing new leads and for filling in the information gaps in our current CRM system.

Exporting lists are also fairly straightforward, the system allows easy classification and exports the selected companies and list in an easy to read format, with a lot of information for our CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the quantity of contacts is amazing, the quality of contacts leaves much to be desired, the error rate for contacts can hit as high as 30%. While a 70% accuracy rate is still admirable, the 30% error rate is pretty frustrating when trying to develop new leads. There has been instances where an employee is listed under a spsecific company but that emplyee is not an actual employee of said company, or when an emplpyee details are not updated, providing us with inaccurate infomration when updating our CRM.

The list system is not entirely user friendly, when selecting contacts to put into a list, one has to manually select all the contacts, this results in some lists taking a logner amount of time to process as it is more labour intensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo sales OS helps us solve information gaps in our current CRM system, currently we have gaps of information from using other systems, with Zoominfo sales OS, it allows us to add in vital contact information and missing details about a company.

The system also helps our company deduce the size of a company, with the estimated revenue, it allows us tp better prospect companies and group them accordingly.

It provides a comprehensive reach of existing companies and it allows us to specially curate leads in order to expand our business opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The "likely to engage" feature is nice in contacts. Intent and WebSights is interesting information though further explanation of Signal Strength and and Audience Strength would be helpful to allow for better filtering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the LinkedIn profiles would accidentally place a employee in the wrong company if the employers name was remotely close. My company is not using supported CRM systems so we are not able to experience many features of ZI, only manually pulling WebSights and Intent reports then pullling contact information.

The Mobile App struggles a lot. It needs better filtering features for employee searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has allowed me to contact decision makers when strong gatekeepers have kept from getting in touch. It can be a very manually intensive process since CVS dowload is the only option.

What do you like best about the product?
information access and ease of use. great presentation and cross links to reach webistes outside of zoominfo. scope of data and ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that sometimes your data conflicts with the information provided by other major sales intelligence platforms. This requires of me additional verification, which can impact efficiency overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS enhances my sales and marketing strategies through efficient prospecting, accurate data, lead prioritization, and competitive insights. This allow me greater operational efficiency and significantly improved conversion rates! it's awesome!

Zoominfo facilitates the process of getting in contact with a COLD prospect. Easier to contact, more outreach...you know where this is going...more sales!

What do you like best about the product?
This is the tool that unites out revenue operations team. Between Engage for sales sequencing, contacts for list pulls for marketing and sales, this tool covers all of our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about ZoomInfo. The data quality is not as solid as it was in year's past but the absolute to consolidate our tools and contracts with them has BDR extremely helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With less in person events, we all have a need to get more contacts into our database. ZoomInfo has been a great tool for refreshing our database with ease. Great tool

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has, what I feel, is the best data. I use it almost every day. The search criteria is extensive and includes pretty much all the criteria I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue with ZoomInfo is the cost. It is not cheap. But if you can afford it, it's worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The people I am prospecting are not easy to find or nail down. Their data is not readily available. ZoomInfo saves me a ton of time in research
