Baseline GTM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Best in class integrations with SFDC. Very robust product offering that covers 90% of GTM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data quality can be hit-or-miss when it comes to mobile #s and contact information. I find the need to supplement ZI with additional prospecting tools (LeadIQ, Lusha, Sales Nav, etc).
Additionally, they don't have ranked ICP data so you need to add on a product to your techstack that can identify & prioritize accounts effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside to ZoomInfo was that it was easy to use and I found very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to ZoomInfo is that other competitors rank closely and therefore easy to make the switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily access information for business needs.
It is easy to use, information is pretty reliable and overall is a good tool to use.

The data is reliable. I like the funcitonality of the tool. Great Interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better capabilities with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. My company also uses LeadIQ and the interface is much smoother for sequencing straight from LinkedIn. Having the ability to sequence directly from LinkedIn in an easy manner is pretty important to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part if helps me find the correct contact information when I'm reaching out to potential clients. It also helps me gain some valuable information about the company I'm reaching out to. For instance, revenue, location, and facts about the company help when I'm prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accurate the data is. I have used other Contact look ups in the past and zoom always has the most reliable information. I also love the sequencing actions you can utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy the platform the only downside is the price. It is the best platform but that does come at a hefty price. If zoom was a little cheaper it would be a no brainer for most companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Amount of contacts. Amount of Companies. Contact info seems to be pretty updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts are not updated as quickly if they change companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The chrome extension with Linkedin because it seems like the data is more accurate than the ZOOMINFO Website itself. I like the fact they know have a engage fire since it makes it more easier for the prospect to answer.

I would say the overall data quality overall. I wish that Zoominfo could update thier database more often. Seamless you get the contact right away with a correct email address of the person that just changed jobs. ZI should get on that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overal the chrome extension is by par the best in the business. Thier website could better in terms of data quality but the chrome extensions seems like its on steriods not sure if they use AI on the chrome extension or not.
ZoomInfo is a great way to get a detailed picture at a company's org structure
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily tap into the org chart to leverage information on who works on what team, and prospect using phone numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is usually accurate, but at times it is frustrating to feel you are not finding correct information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to fill in the gaps at businesses where I do not have a complete picture of their structures/teams.
Been a ZoomInfo user for over 3 years now
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo is the ability to track down leads information. You can get access to their location, phone number, email address and sometimes cell phone information. You also have the ability to get information about the company all in 1 spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides with ZoomInfo. First is the cost, it is really high. Second, when we purchased ZoomInfo the quality of the data was guaranteed at 95%. We have noticed over the past year or so, that we are probably closer to 85-90% accuracy. And lastly every time they add a service, it is an additional cost. We are already paying close to double to get this service, where we can get a similar service now for half of the cost, and the accuracy is about the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to help track down contact information. LinkedIn only gives you the company they work at, along with the location they are at, ZoomInfo gives much more.
It is the best on the market
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best contact list generator on the market. I have reviewed quite a few of their competitors in the past & nothing has come close.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that some of their contacts are obtained through an address book plug-in that users of the free version must allow so the contact information is not checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that SalesOS solves for us is by providing the contact information for our buyer/industry profiles. It is much easier than manually mining data from mutiple platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Google, company sites, etc.)
Great tool doesnt mean no work
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of filters is amazing.. I love the support. Great team over there! I would say there is a huge benefit to engaging them for the first few data pulls, will help with the quality of data and the response you get.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of data is not naturally as high as I wish. There are many times I'm missing something in my filters that will make a huge difference in the end result. More training from the ZoomInfo team, please, with tests to prove comprehension of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of finding the right people to connect with for the industry I'm researching. I love the amount of contacts associated with a given company, I wish they would be qualified more often thou.
