What do you like best about the product?

It helps me identify potential business by researching niche industrys, and then pulling relevant contact info for engaement.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export contacts directly into Salesforce, the accuracy of emails/phone numbers, and the breadth of contact data available
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be better. The web app UI hasn't been updated in years and could use some updating to make it easier to find what you're lookoing for

What do you like best about the product?
the tool has humungous data and great accuracy in terms of information provided. The best one is that the data is authentic and follows compliance guidelines. One of the best in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
However, sometimes the prospect information for lower seniority levels may be missing and the database of companies are little outdated. The team needs to work on updated information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us with buying signals and profiles the right ICP. Shares Tech intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use

No as such dislikes, but can be bit faster.

Customer data is accurate and sufficient for the purpose, also it helps managing them the way i need.

The Data intergrity and accuracy is sub standard in AU & APAC. This needs to be fixed. Good solution to North America not so in APAC

It's trying to improve data accuracy. Doesn't always work

Good tool for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has great filters for finding the personas of contacts as well as target companies. Process of integrating with CRM (i.e., Salesforce) is good and very easy to export contacts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is good to prospect, I find a significant portion of contacts have inaccurate information. Whether it is an invalid or wrong phone number, undeliverable email or even that the person has not been at the company you're targeting because they've retired or moved on to another one years prior, it can be a big hindrance when firing through a list that has been pulled from Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying and targeting ideal customer personas for tech/SaaS sales. Specifically, the buyer intent is very handy as it provides a conversation starter when prospecting, as well as an extra layer of confidence that the prospect will engage.

I can almost count on the information in desperate need of updating

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create tags and lists. They have a wide variety of companies and I like the scoops/insights a lot. We use those pretty much daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Revenue information is inaccurate most of the time. The filtering/list functionality has limitations (there's no industry for wholesale? what?). The categories for filtering are too broad usually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting data for email blasts, marketing campaigns. Seeing what technology people use (we sell technology, so this is a plus).

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get contact info for prospects that I'm going after has been huge. We have our internal database which is pretty good, however there are plenty of times when our data isn't accurate or missing. Being able to find accurate contact info helps me connect with my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any database the data isn't always accurate. I use LinkedIn sales navigator quite a bit to cross reference the prospect to see if they are still wtih the comany that ZoomInfo shows. Sometimes ZoomInfo will show the prospect at company A when thev've moved to company B. It's usually easy to look at the history of the prospect on sales navigator to figure out what's what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with propspects that I"m going after where I don't have their contact info. My company doesn't provide this service so I'm paying for this out of pocket. One of the biggest benefits is that it helps me connect with more prospects than my colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information available in a concise 'card'.
Integration of other software is a HUGE plus for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccurate/outdated information and inconsistencies, like company name convention, the ability to sort search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves not having to buy list, gives us ONE program to work in, love intent signals!
