ZoomInfo = A+ Data
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the data and the amount of data within in the platform is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
From tyime to time, the data may not be 100% accurate but the amount of A+ data far outweights any hiccups when encountering old data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering contact info. is great wiht ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has a plethora of detailed and accurate contact information on every organization I work with. With Salesforce integration it has helped improve my efficiency 10x by helping identify the roles and contacts I need as workforces change. Intent filters for accounts in my salesforce module have led to several opportunities that would not have been there without Zoominfo's help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is pretty intuitive, but I wonder at times if I am utilizing it to it's fullest. Like any tool, success relies on the user's dedication to utiliizing it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the core Zoominfo is helping me better understand an org chart for prospects so I can better navigate current customers for new opportunities as well as ensure I am spending my efforts on the correct contacts for prospects I do not yet have engagement with.
ZoomInfo is a daily tool I wouldn't be able to do my job effectively without!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo does a great job of showing org charts within my target accounts and providing me with up to date contact information for phone numbers and emails. I use Zoominfo everyday for prospecting and my job would be almost impossible without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can be outdated, but they do a great job of updating to the most accurate information. Also, sometimes the server will crash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of not knowing the organizational structure of target accounts for my sales org. After viewing a company's org chart on your site. I know who's who and the hieracrchy to find the correct decision makers and their contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI in SalesOS is incredible. Once I was able to narrow down my ICP and persona type, my buying committee ended up being the first thing that would pop up, making my job much easier and quicker to connect with more prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesOS has not been heavily favored on the mobile numbers in the past - but that has changes drastically over the past year. It's by far the best system for successful, accurate contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI's SalesOS has become the key to managing a successful pipeline with an ICP of just about every company under the sun. Having to get specifics, not chase my tail, and closing deals - I'm blown away by the capabilities provided.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to find contacts for companies in seconds. The ability to tie leads into Salesforce has been a game changer and I have been able to close several pieces of business because of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no down sides to using ZoomInfo if you are in Sales and prospecting for new leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find a contact almost instantaneously while I am searching a potential client's website is an invaluable tool.
I've used G2 for years now. It's a must have for sales!

I love that LinkedIn Navigator integration plus business info. It's a one-stop shop for all propecting!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that could be improved (although no one is doing this yet) is having info on more progressive Defi type companies. Perhaps instead of email/phone it could have discord addresses and other social media contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality that I love the most is uploading a list of companies and being able to pull contacts and contact info to export. Without this feature, I would struggle with prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to upload a large list of zip codes.

Zoominfo allows me to quickly pull a list of contacts from companies in my territory. It gives me what I need to start prospecting. I can target different contacts for different products.

What do you like best about the product?
The browser extension streamlines the extraction of contacts directly from LinkedIn. Integrating with CRM helps in maintaining and tracking the lead lifecycle.

It is prohibited to use the same login credentials on two different devices simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate more is finding out how many employees the company has and how I can synchronize with LinkedIn—additionally, how I can synchronize with the SalesForce application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say that I found 10 or 20% of the contacts that are not correct. Usually is not a big issue. I think you need to synchronize in both ways- SalesForce to ZoomInfo and vice-versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to find tech contacts so ZoomInfo can help me with this information. It helps because it´s easier to look at companies with specific search conditions.
