Large database and great analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provided me with all the required filters for accessing their large database of B2B decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is on the higher side for a smaller business like ours, I would prefer a lighter version so that we can pursure business prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like beinging able to find out company funding and news. As well as checking the tech stack a company may have. I also like the ability to create reports that are emailed to you based on your on frequency criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the data on employees and contacts can be outdated or inaccurate compared to LinkedIn. I also double check and that is not the best use of my time.

The most helpful feature of ZoomInfo SalesOs is being able to locate or find contact information of your customer, also you can find there the current status of the business, company or organization if it's open, temp closed or permanently closed

I think for me it has a limited resource, many times i can't get the information I need, it's either not available or information cannot be found, I hope they can improve it soon

How i sort the contact based on country or location, sometimes the zoominfo is not really connecting to some of the integrated system

And it help us to check and update the accurate contact number and email address of the client and it gives us to identify the company that are interested in Specific software. And also the company information and the revenue and the type of business that they have.

Data is accurately stored and keeps up to date information, it's insights are very helpful, duties over platform are easy to perform and it competes everyone on it's database, tools and integrations.

Soewhere I found it's prices are higher and the user interface is little bit complex for newbies. Further, the more you deal with complex data then the more risk you are taking. Also, some imrpovements can be done in dealing with complex data.

It solves the problem to identify and in understanding the prospects which helps in decision making. Also, it's automatic tools are making the tasks very easier. Our business has seen a major boom while using this. Very happy.
