What do you like best about the product?
I use it mainly for account search and lead generation. Overall quality of data is fantastic. Also email verification and lead enrichment feature i like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good except daily limit of emails send.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead Generation, Data Mining, Data Accuracy, Cold Calling, CRM Integration and Account Management - all consolidated into a single, all-inclusive B2B tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up until now, everything is going well, and the tool is fulfilling all my data needs.

If you log in with the same ID from a different IP address, it automatically logs you out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with CRM saves a considerable amount of time. The Google Chrome extension proves to be highly beneficial, as it allows you to access data wiith just one click. It significantly aids in lead genration efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The email open rate is remarkably high and the major highlight is the data accuracy. It includes a browser extension, CRM integration, account updates, new account insights, prospecting, lead generation and a comprehensive dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great, as all the features are anyhow useful and important. Customer support can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account insiights, along with new account updates, lead generation and maarketing campaigns.

Best thing about zoominfo is the accuracy of data and that is unmatchable with any other tool.

Availibility of Data with Accuracy
I also like the feature of being able to make calls and send emails directly from Zoominfo quite convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is highly unsatisfactory, as they are unresponsive and never follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, one of the main hurdles in my work is lead genration, especially whent it comes to identifying and acquiring high-quality leads. However, with Zoominfo's powerful database and advanced search tools, I can efficiently pinpoint and target potential prospects based on specific criteria such as industry, company size, and job title, among others.
