I personally like the extension feature which allow you to pull out contact details directly from sales navigator.

There are many feature which i dont use, but i can't say i dislike those features.

Lead generation and conact accuracy was always a challenge for us.

Best thing about the zoominfo is quality of data, i would not say is 100% but it is far better than other tools.

Customer support is terrible, no one really respond or reply/
