What do you like best about the product?
You are generally able to find some contacts for outreach at most organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is often inaccurate or outdated. Hubspot integration broke frequently. The categories associated to our account had to be corrected after onboarding and required additional labor from both parties to complete.

We ultimately decided to not renew with ZoomInfo. As soon as we provided notice that our agreement would terminate at the end of our term, we were threatened with litigation by AD in legal. This is extremely unprofessional.

You can easily find the insights and intent of the trending accounts

Customer service is very poor. Most of the time they try to upsell without resolving our cuurent concern.
