What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful feature is Account identification and account level insights, also market level insights for accounts. You can integrate any CRM for reporting and dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of this tool features and useful and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for Account management and Lead generation.

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly i use it for Lead Gen purpose. Data quality is very accurate whether email id, mobile, office ext.
Can integtrate with most CRMs
Browser extension feature is most useful, you dont need switch between pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
All features are useful and help in day to day business duites

What do you like best about the product?
- Reporting is very easy with the help of zoominfo.
- User friendly designed UI.
- Help in improving sales force efficiancy and productivity.
- Cost efficient as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Customer support is not that upto the mark.
- Backend process is not customibale and hard code.
- Not that flexiable in term of UI changes
- Not 100% responsive for all OS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organisation, it help to move from the manual work to more automation and help to imrove the productivity and efficiancy of sales force team in the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
The real time information that we receive to find the contacts to grow our business which streamline communication and alignment, and boost productivity. There are so many great account add-ons to select from, and we appreciate being able to search millions of organisations and receive direct contacts and work emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time, we receive data with 20-30% dead leads . We called Zoominfo, and their customer service is subpar. Pricing is also really very high but sometimes it seems reasonable for the kind of information we get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info is geeting us the real time info of the companies we can approach to for our business along with their contact details. Easy to use along with the more accurate data , Yah there are lot of dumped data as well but most of it is useful , i can say 90 % of the data is approachable and our sales team use this CRM tool to find the leads in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I find most useful in ZoomInfo SalesOS is the automated data transfer to our CRM system. This allows me to easily update and synchronise contact information with HubSpot, improving the accuracy of our communication efforts. In addition, the search capabilities are incredibly fast and accurate when it comes to finding recent company or individual-level news and contacts within an organisation - I also love being able to sort related organisations by different criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially found SalesOS in Zoominfo to be overwhelming with its range of features. With so many tools available, I found it difficult to know which ones were important and which ones I should spend the most time on. However, as my experience grew over the months of use, I learnt how beneficial it is to master certain core skills when using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to spend more time focusing on closing deals and less time researching prospects. With ZoomInfo SalesOS, I can leverage data from millions of profiles to easily identify the right prospects - and then quickly connect with them.
