Well, for me, it is a 100% helpful tool; as an account manager for the B2B market, it provide me with every detail i need.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive. I can create lists of prospects based on location, industry type and preferred personas to prospect for my role as an SDR. I also like the ability to call and email directly from ZoomInfo. The added AI feature helps me increase the probability of connecting to prospects by phone, thereby increasing conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not need some of the functionalities for my primary role of outbound cold calling. This is not to say they are not helpful in general. I also use the Engage platform. With that platform, there is a need to improve the formatting of emails, spacing etc., so that my outbound emails look professional. I have been told this is a known issue that a third-party vendor is working on. I cannot use the email sales flow functionality, a significant deficit that must be corrected immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding key prospects, collating lists, exporting lists to SalesForce and making me much more productive and focused. I can convert more prospects to appointments.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for almost 8 years now at various companies, and each time it's been introduced, it has allowed for a dramatic increase in BD wins by being able to directly connect to important decision-makers and hiring managers. Beyond just being a resource for contact information, it provides useful business intelligence about targeted companies. It integrates easily into LinkedIn and Salesloft, and has been a major help in landing wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information is occasionally out of date; however, you can suggest updates if you find out the correct information or submit a research request. Mobile numbers are also sometimes inaccurate or unavailable, which can be important as more people spend less time at their physical desks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be difficult to reach people just via one single means of communication - being able to directly reach out to potential clients and decision makers is a huge part of successful campaigns. It's not so much that it isn't possible to do it without ZoomInfo, but the efficiency has helped drive higher billings for myself and organizations I've been a part of.

Almost every feature of it, whether it is Lead Generation, Data Mining, Accounts Insight, Marketing, Extensions, or Integration and the best part is data accuracy.

Haven't got anything to dislike yet; all good for me.
