Don't Join Any Sales Org w/o ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Orgs that aren't using ZoomInfo are too far behind and will never meet a meaningful quota, unless they're just farming their existing customers. If you want to grow your business, hit your On Target Earnings, ZoomInfo is 30% of the tool that will get you there.
What do you dislike about the product?
That Ryan Fields is not my rep once I changed companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to prospect, who to call, now I'm reaching out to executives and directors instead of engineers. Our deals have increased invalue, sales cycle stayed the same, but our close rates are higiher.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and produce a list of targeted contacts with very little time and effort, accelerating the prospecting process greatly. Integrations with the Engage platform and increasing features for outreach directly in SalesOS provides a compelling product for go-to-market sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the filters can be a little finicky at times. Cost is always going to be a factor with these tools so it's something that has to be considered when evaluating this tool or any others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has primarily given us access to high quality contact information in a much quicker fashion than we were able to integrate into our sales process prior to purchasing Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has truly won me over as a dedicated enthusiast, primarily due to its exceptional organisational features and remarkable contact identification capabilities. The curated information and data provided by the platform surpass that of its competitors, solidifying it as the leading choice for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to acknowledge that data, at times, may not be 100% accurate. Therefore, ensuring that your website administrator comprehends all the available features becomes crucial. Failure to do so might hinder you from extracting the maximum potential and benefits from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Generation is one of the primary challenges for me in identifying and generating high-quality leads. ZoomInfo's extensive database and advanced search capabilities allow users to efficiently find and target potential prospects based on specific criteria such as industry, company size, job title, and more. This helps me save time and resources by focusing on leads more likely to convert.

Probably the largest list of available accounts and parent/child relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive. Not great contact dat qualify.

Good number of filters and integrations

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options to enrich my data within Salesforce and HubSpot. Quick export options and multiple improvements in the last couple of years from their acquistions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing negotiations can be obnoxious and limited ability to regulate users use of monthly credits. The 1000 credits each month per users is a great way to sell the platform, but I've never been with a company where these users come remotely close to using them while Ops or an Integration user burns through the bulk credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have recently added NeverBounce and RingLead which are great additional options, but in our experience it can be costly adding all the pieces and support is pretty weak with Zoominfo.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have used similar tools like Zoominfo, so far i dont find anything to dislike about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Account Executive working for USA and Europe territory i require endless data for Email campaigns and Cold calling. Zoominfo helps me generate data and run campaigns.

Best App to find contacts for US & Canada

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with a lot of applications sharing contact details of prospects. But none can match the quality and quantity of the contact details that Zoominfo has. Way above the competition for sure!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the data that is available on the Zoominfo website does not reflect on Chrome extension. Though this is rare, I have seen this happen a few times which creates a doubt in mind to confirm checking the website when you do not find anything on Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Zoominfo to find the contact details of the prospects. Apart from that, I like the "Technologies and Attributes" section, which tells me which software/application is the prospect company using.

What do you like best about the product?
I can trust that the phone numbers provided by the platform are accurate. So when I am trying to cold call individuals I am able to reach the correct person without getting a phone number that is inactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much that I personally dislike about Zoominfo. The one thing I would say is that they should not include personal phone numbers since there should be a work life balance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to reach out to industry experts in certain industry to connect them with institutional investors conducting their primary research before making an initial investment.
