The information you need NOW not tomorrow
What do you like best about the product?
Easily one of the easiest tools to use. The university alone provided me with plenty of videos and tools to better use ZOOM. I appreciated the thought they put behind not only making this user-friendly but also providing training at your leisure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vast information. Not kidding, there was not a thing I did not like. If the information was incorrect they took my flag immediately and actually provided me with a real update of the findings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is soling both tracking of my calls, my emails, and connections but also providing me with key information I need to be successful. For information that would typically cost me hours now take me minutes.
Using Zoominfo SalesOS
What do you like best about the product?
I love yhe speed that you can find relevant business information. Contact search, company search works nicely, combined with all other additional functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the platform could work a bit faster (whoever you think of probably needs that, too). Sometimes there is a feeling that the system gets glitched out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, this is for verifying the contact information of a contact and making sure you have all the details. Although telephone numbers are not always correct, this is quite decent.
Zoominfo is a great program and I would recommend it to everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features are the advanced search with the specific filters they offer. The live updates on intents and newly added companies are also super great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to SalesOS is that I wish the industries were even more filtered down so I could be even more specific in my searches, and that the keyword searches were a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us good leads with reliable contact information, as well as new companies in the market for our services. The benefits are endless with the zoominfo salesOS platform.
Does what it says on the tin
What do you like best about the product?
It's a superior product to the competitors and I've used them all, every company I go to I am responsible for the tech stack and I always purchase Zoominfo

As with all these tools not every single one is perfect but this does coke the closest of any other tool on the market and is the most comprehensive I would reccomend it

It's increasing reach which increases contact which in turn increases sales everything starts at a base level and then the ground level is the most important stage
Great tool for grabbing direct phone numbers
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has helped me get in contact with my prospects' direct and mobile phone numbers. Also gives me a better idea of who to prioritize outreach to based on title and revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this is inevitable, but occasionally, there was inaccurate information about phone numbers. Also i call an industry where not everyone has their phone number available, even on ZI.

Absolute Best Sales Intelligence tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about zoominfo, how easy it is to find right contact person, organization chart, social and scoops for any company. Gem of a tool for any sales person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say few changes can be made to the UI and pricing definitely is on the higher end.

It is helping find right contacts in any prospective organization that might need the product that I am selling.

Super easy, super useful. I love how advanced the filter abilities are. Makes it very easy to find specific prospects and info

nothing really. For what it is supposed to do it is amazing. Better than Lusha and navigator

Reaching out to reliable prospect data and finding/filtering data for me to call and email

They have great customer data with tech data and rev info that is typically + or - 50% of what is true

Their software is disjointed and doesn't connect properly to each other. They are stuck in the land of emails without much offering on the linkedIn side of things.
They are all about contracts and contracts are more important to them than customers. I paid through the end of my contract and did not get 1 YEAR of my service and they couldn't care less when I brought it up.
Would have been happy to work with them to resolve the issue but it just wasn't important on their end. I will not be back and will not recommend.
Ultimately I did not get what I paid for, they didn't do a great job helping me succeed with their tools and this was a waste of money and effort.

Customer data on prospects to validate them. Would have liked to used them to list build as well.
Valuable Prospecting Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The data is up to date with good, current contacts. ZoomInfo has helped me so much and has made my job easier while contributing to my success and exceeding my Sales goals!

No major downside noted. I like everything about ZoomInfo.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very difficult to find the best contacts at the companies that I am prospecting. There has been so much employee turnover in the past couple of years. Using ZoomInfo is such a quick and effective way to learn more about the companies that I am targeting while getting accurate contact phone numbers and email addresses of key decision makers. The benefits to me and my company have been obvious. We have closed multiple large sales from contacts that I have directly found from ZoomInfo that otherwise we would not have been able to engage and win.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo helps me on my daily work as I can navigate and gather information at one stop. I use various tools on zoominfo to enhance my lead generation efforts. It is a game changer when it comes to sales intelligence and its an indispensable tool in my daily work flow. Some of the aspects i use on a daily basis includes, contacts, intents and companies filtering and funnel search options,list matches etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and high learning curve for other team members. Can add few more sections such as Parent optimization.
