What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how seamlessly ZoomInfo SalesOS integrates with the platforms I'm using. It gives me access to business intelligence and detailed contact information that is accurate, up-to-date, and clean - streamlining my prospect research process. It also provides features like dynamic segmentation for targeted campaigns and insightful sales analytics. In short, ZoomInfo SalesOS saves me time by giving me easy access to accurate customer data - so I can close more deals, faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I strongly disapprove of the import feature in ZoomInfo SalesOS. I think that with some effort and development, ZoomInfo could do a much better job of connecting to Salesforce, which would create an incredibly efficient workflow for their users. Also, from what I can see, there is not enough access to accurate information - if they addressed these issues, it could be more beneficial for all parties involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS saves me time and effort by providing quick access to detailed information about prospects. With the extra resources I now have, my team can focus on direct interactions with these prospects that would otherwise require extensive research.

Zoominfo SalesOS is one of the best tools in the Industry, which mainly helps the Sales, Marketing Department in our company. Provides Genuine Contact information and company profiles to create our targeted audience for any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS plans are a little higher side when compared to other available tools in the market. Otherwise, it's one of the best tool to use in any industry where they can save a lot of money

It helps in most of our day-to-day work, where we keep updating our contact and company profiles up to date.it is used to create a potential customers list for any events. It helps keep our database clean and ready for new projects by providing lead generation and marketing research activity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the search filters. Having a way to build your own buying committee makes it quick and easy to replicate common searches. The technology filters are an awsome tool too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the data were more up-to-date. Sometimes the email addresses hard-bounce even though the filter says they are "A" grade. In the future, I hope they put in a verified email filter with a reputable third-party tool.

It helps to fill in the missing information for Sales and Marketing prospecting.

What do you dislike about the product?
The similar company field. This isn't a big factor, but I would like to see it improved.
When I find an ideal prospect it would be nice to see similar companies, but the ones listed are often very different industries.

ZoomInfo helps me find hard to locate people inside of a company. The listed contact information is very reliable and extremely helpful.

how easy it is to find leads, with there information. and how straightforward it is to use.

the informations is sometimes outdated by a mile with some leads

pre qualification with (some) leads, regarding intent and revenue and size of business. the amounts of calls i can take

ZoomInfo SalesOS is the best way to access all the contact and pertinent information needed when conducting research on potential clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes delays in updates - I always click on the LinkedIn profile to see if the person has changed jobs - wish it would sync up with LinkedIn better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a direct link to the prospect's LinkedIn profile, email address, and the ability to export into Salesforce as a lead. It saves me a lot of time to not have to manually input my leads.

Okay Product but Terrible Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull contact information is the only reason why we use ZoomInfo. They are the leader in the NA market. Their available data is not perfect, but it's the best we've found.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They constantly reach out trying to up-sell, and then when we actually meet with them, they're not helpful. The real kicker for us is the auto-renewal without any notice. We were planning to non-renew because their Engage product is not as good as others, but the auto-renewed us (and renewed us for more licenses than we need) without talking to us and are not willing to work with us. If you want to be constantly, annoyingly, up-sold and locked into renewals you didn't ask for, ZoomInfo is the company for you.

We need to be able to find contact data for contacts at prospect companies for outbound outreach.
