Email Formats most often times successful

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other CRM's the email formats are often times successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the "intent" subjects to not be as "hot" as implied. I do find new companies but question if they are really looking for my services.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the most useful feature of ZoomInfo SalesOS is its ability to seamlessly integrate with my Salesforce system and quickly import contact details for prospects. Zooming in on an organisation's contacts is a breeze as I can quickly familiarise myself with the structure they have implemented without much effort. In addition, the information provided, such as their size and the technology they use, makes it easy to gain insight into how we need to approach them. Access to mobile phone numbers is also invaluable when researching leads. This is not only because it is one step closer than an email address, but also because more and more people are working away from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get very frustrated when I use ZoomInfo to look up contact information and find that key contacts do not appear on the list. This is particularly true for small medical companies, including veterinary. Often only a few people are listed in their ZoomInfo profiles, but several are listed elsewhere on the company's website. It would be helpful if all relevant contacts were included in a company's profile. This will ensure that time is not wasted searching other sources due to incomplete records in this database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the problem of time-consuming searches for company information, making it easier to find and interact with potential customers. This benefits me by allowing me to quickly identify organisations that are similar to mine, providing me with an effective pool of leads for networking opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
we did upgrade to copilot add on this year and the team has given positive feedback.. uses advanced features and ai to do one on one outreach to potential prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
i have no improvements. Any issues we have had with the product have been handled quickly and accurately from the zoom team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
able to pull new leads with very significant data into out database to prospect for new business opportunities and proposals. zoom has proven time and again to provide the most robust data set of emails and phone numbers for my team to reach the right people to engage with

Easier to understand intent topics. Intent can sometimes be confusing on what these people are looking at or looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
The Intent feature is the best I have used so far; getting insights about the topics relevant to our business and customizing our outreach so that we can reach our revenue goals steals the show for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time for my exported contacts/companies to reflect as "already present in CRM", which sometimes results in finding the same company 2-3 times instead of unexported contacts/companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was getting tough for us to find new leads as per our target segment, but since we switched to ZoomInfo and started using "Advanced Search" and "Intent" we are seeing an exponential increase in our lead influx.

Best sales outreach platform

What do you like best about the product?
super easy to automate sales flows and get your message across. All emails are tracked and the analytics are well-defined. Letting Engage take care of the emails frees me up to do other revenue-generating tasks like making sales calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor things that need to be changed/improved. Particularly when using the engage mode, you can only log a call or send/complete an email individually, you can't choose both and send at once. If you try to add an email and log the call, it will mark the call as "No call result" instead of what you actually inputed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the problem of creating qualified lead lists for me. In particular, the filter of choosing which technologies a company is using or not using helps greatly.

Time researching contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, accurate and has decreased the amount of time spent looking for contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the companies info is alittle outdated, but in the biopharm/tech industry companies and personel are always changing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its pretty good at letting us now if a company is out of business so we are not wasting time trying to connect with that company. Even if it doesnt have a contacts email address it at least has the format.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo SalesOS brings an insider's view of what is happening in the marketplace in real time. With the proper queries, you can determine trends and capture the movement of your target audience. In a short period of time, you are helping them solve the most significant problems they are facing today.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer volume and expansive database of information takes a bit to get used to using. The trial and error period was longer than anticipated but worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo SalesOS is committed to the success of its clients. Education, situational experience and best practices help to contribute to my knowledge base and fills gaps that I did not know I had in my marketing plan and sales funnel. Learning the best ways to use SalesOS in my daily routine helps me to get closer to my clients and understand their needs better.

What do you like best about the product?
They rolled out a lot of new features and enhancements, such as algorithms to predict who might be seeking a product like yours, such as a company who is actively looking for a new IT provider, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still dislike the new user interface a lot: I dislike that in this new version, only a few contacts at a time show on your screen. I would like to be able to see many contacts simultaneously in a list. Not a lot of contacts fit on the screen all at once. It makes it harder to focus and I'm a big picture kind of person. I like to see everything on my screen at once instead of constantly scrolling and clicking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with contact info to make sales! Without it, it would be much harder to find contact info and a lot harder to know which people to target for sales.

Best Sales Tool I've Used in 10 Years

What do you like best about the product?
We've tried several tools on our sales team and ZoomInfo has been the best. The accurate information has helped us reach the right person in fewer attempts. The reports and insights help bring warm leads to us vs. having to go out and search for them. The time and productivity it has created is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming initially because of all it has to offer. The team at ZoomInfo was great about walking us through all the different features and provided several training courses. It gets easier the more you use it. I don't like that the admin must be a user. I would like it if the admin could have its own login view to facilitate for the team and use all of the user licenses for the sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce integration saves us time for creating new customer profiles. Previously it was challenging to find the decision-maker within the first 3 attempts. Now we can get to them quickly to make decisions faster.
