SalesOS helps me leverage intent and easily find contact information for those accounts/individuals.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I am able to gauge account interest and specifically find keywords that accounts/prospects are looking into. It helps me write targeted emails and touch on things important to potential customers. The search filters help me narrow down my buying committee. I can then find contact information on the same dashboard and easily export it to my CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact info is not accurate. I also wish that SalesOS was able to pull in more contacts for a wider outreach into key accounts. I'd like the ability to multithread more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding intent and specific interests. IT has the most accurate contact data out of all the platforms I have used. It saves me time prospecting, looking for emails/phone numbers so that I can be more productive.
Great Tool to get some info for your call
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we can do a bit of research of our prospect prior to setting up a call. Its also very valuable to be able to get cell phone numbers at times
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the info is outdated. I know we cant keep up 100% of the time. But I definitely will always cross check info for basic info through other channels also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to provide basic data on prospects is something I love about the platform. Even something as basic as their business email and personal email as another channel for outreach
ZoomInfo is an integral tool for prospecting and territory planning
What do you like best about the product?
I am using ZoomInfo with a second company and have already created a pipeline with multiple Enterprise companies in three months. My success is now being leveraged company-wide for the SBM and technical services sectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information from smaller companies is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has leveraged an internal BI system with legacy data. We are working with ZoomInfo to update these accounts so we can better strategize content to previous and existing clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides access to a ton of information. The website is built nicely, and search areas are easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. I use this website Daily!

Using Zoom allows me to collect information faster, which helps increase my productivity.
My Go-To for intel on new companies, or individuals within an organization - helps find p.o.c. fast.

Excellent. I've used Zoominfo for years... recently the company also integrated Seamless.ai .... not even a 'close' comparison. Zoominfo is straightforward and simple to use. The information is accurate to within 90% in my opinion. Zoominfo helps me to discover individuals within an organization that I typically don't know or when I don't know to to start with.

Could probably use some ai integration to further qualify any outdated leads.

Give the AEs more insights to best target the decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data seems to be incorrect and the training could have been a bit more hands-on.

Helping our AEs target larger opportunities so they can close multilocation studios.
Zoom is great!, It's just the platform or site is so heavy that sometimes it's kinda slow.

A Wider list of decision makers or leads for our Industry and also the contact information are up to date. The Intent Lead feature is really useful to determine a lead's buying temparature.

ZoomInfo is extremely user friendly. Able to easily search for new leads and use the intent search

ZoomInfo is helping me find new prospects and the proper contact within each business.
Makes importing valuable leads easy
What do you like best about the product?
We can bulk-upload leads, contacts and all company information, or we can find additional information for all of our Salesforce accounts, while maintaining the integrity of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes duplicates are created. Even when it says it will skip them, the account, contact or other information becomes duplicated in our Salesforce information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all of our data properly cultivated according to industry standards. Our contacts move or leave and become obsolete in our system, and we can garner new leads easily

What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing to use a tool where you can find phone numbers, emails, linkedin accounts and talk with yours prospects and future clientes. Thats what is amazing for me in ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here at the company we wanted to buy the tool of Intent but its too expensive and we didn't have resources to do it. And in the basic signature you have only few credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem to get contact from prospects clients and our benefit its that we can have a better approach with the clients after we have more informations about them.
